He told you that I died and you believed him.

Why?

Haven’t you learned not to trust his lies?

Haven’t you seen what he’s done to us—all of us?

He’s ruined so many lives, including mine, and we still love him.

I hate to say it but I know it’s the truth, and while I’ll never be able to stop, it has to end.

My body is not as able as it once was.

My heart has been turned to stone.

My eyes are void of any hope.

What he did to Darby is unforgivable. You witnessed it, and you still loved him.

While I can’t deny that I still do too, I only hope that when this is over, you’ll find it in your heart to forgive me.
It has to be this way.

It’s time for it to be over.

Type: Book 8 of 8 in Inferno series
POV: First Person - Dual

After patiently biding her time, Jocelyn Greene was ready to end it once and for all. But executing her plan might prove harder than expected.

This story was more devious and erotic than the previous book. There was one character I really want to see suffer, and it’s not who you might think.

But, behind those tired lines, inside those tired eyes, there’s something that we all have. The Greene fire burning like a quiet inferno. How we choose to use what he’s attempted to bestow on us is what discerns the men from the monsters.

Going into this book, I had a certain hope for the outcome. But I knew either way I’d be happy with it. However, considering this is the end of the series, I was hoping for a more impactful ending.

Siccitas is a story of perseverance. This series would appeal to readers who enjoy taboo horror.

With years of pain and plotting her move, the time has come for Jocelyn to act, yet the Greene family binds are deep.

“I should have stayed away, but that would have been the Greene thing to do.”

Narrated in multiple POV, the tension builds from the start as Jocelyn prepares for her biggest challenge against Luke. With certain decisions, the plot starts to veer in a direction where there can be only one ending.

In knowing this book is the end to the Inferno series, I had big expectations since it came full circle to Jocelyn and Luke. Throughout, there were strategic decisions that had me vacillating at times. While I liked the twists, I also wanted an impact.

Siccitas is about vengeance. This series would appeal to those seeking a depraved taboo journey into the Greene family.

I’ve been an avid Inferno Series reader since it first appeared and as always Yolanda keeps the Greene bloodline alive for us to peer into. I could feel the emotions and felt on the edge of my seat eager to see what happens next the entire book. Don’t miss this one, be sure to read all of the Inferno series before you dive in.

I've loved the entire Inferno series and have been patiently (okay ish) awaiting the finale to see what would happen in the end!

This story is told from multiple POVs which only added to the twisted tension throughout. I had no idea what was going to happen, I was on the edge of my seat, and Daddy has not changed a smidge 😈

There's no happiness to be had here, only dark, depraved and dare I say twistedly erotic, oh and of course, absolutely wholesome 😇

If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting Daddy yet, I highly recommend you do, but proceed with caution, because I'll repeat - there's no happiness to be found here, the Greene blood must stay pure 🫶

Since Deluge, I was hoping for a happy ending... I forgot I was reading an Olson book, she doesn't do happy 🙃
This ended exactly how I was expecting it to and I don't know if I'm happy or sad about it. Most likely the latter because I truly was holding out hope.
The things Luke was doing... like I want to be shocked but this man is the absolute worst; disgusting and stomach-turning 😫.
I'm just glad this ride is over cause I can't stand it. Now excuse me while I go read some more Olson books like the good little deviant that I am 🫣

This is the END :(

I will tell you I did not want to read this book, as I did not want the Inferno series to end. I must have opened and closed it on mt Kindle a dozen times before jumping in.
This story is told in a few different POV's from all the players. This is all about vengeance and the head-to-head with Jocely and Pater, and oh boy it's so good.

Omg, can this series get any better. It was so good I couldn't put it down. It made me love Daddy even more. Not going to say anything but if you love the Inferno series than you love this one 🖤
