Amazing photography and clear instructions make this a wonderful cookbook to try out new recipes without worrying about success. I usually am fearful of using a new recipe for an event before having done a test bake but after trying scone and after scone recipe, I want to share everything I make out it. Already ordered another copy to send for my baking bestie and her son for Christmas since her nine year old is loving learning how to bake. Look forward to visiting this bakery in person one day.
