The cover is beautiful! Zoe really does have some awesome covers, but I tend to be partial to have both beasts on the cover! I bought this in December!
As always, Zoe does a fantastic job delivering a story that just made me feel good reading it! I always feel happier at the end of her books especially with her HEA endings.
Joe is quiet but sweet. He is easy to love as a character. I love how caring he is with Sasha. Sasha is a fighter, and I love how she doesn’t give up.
I highly recommend Zoe’s book to any shifter lover! I am happy to read any of her books! I loved this story, and wonder if there will be a story for little brother next!

Zoe Chant - Rancher Lion (Cedar Hills Lions #3)
This is actually a pretty good shifter story.
What I love about the characters, Joe especially is that there wasn’t hesitation on his part in accepting Sasha as his mate. Even when Larsen pointed out that they were ‘close’, Joe didn’t care – for him, Sasha is his regardless of the past.
The plot is new to me; I’ve never read a shifter story before where the female lead was involved with another shifter. The pace of the storyline is also good as no scene seems rushed.
Overall, this is a very good read and I’d recommend it to friends who read shifter stories.

Joe finally found love!
Joe is soon to be alpha, he has seen his cousin's find their mate and deep down he knows its time for him to find her. Sasha has had a bad experience with shifters, when she escaped from a "cult" she ran until she could and ended up in Joes's land where a cabin was. Joe checking out the cabin finds Sasha scared but one look at her he knows she is the one he has been waiting for. When she reveals what she had been through she would be happy to never meet another shifter again but Joe knows if she spends time with him she will be able to see not all shifters are the same. Just when they think it's good the people she ran from are looking for her and Joe is determined to keep her safe.

Terrific story about a lion shifter finding his mate
Joe is a lion shifter rancher who found Sasha sleeping in a cabin on his ranch. She had been running from some wolf shifter who kept her prisoner in his pack. She escaped and they followed her to the ranch but left her be. Joe quickly realizes she is his mate and they immediately were attracted to each other.
Joe didn't tell her right away that he was a lion shifter. She was kidnapped by the werewolf pack. Will Joe be able to rescue her?
The characters are intriguing, relatable, and sexy. The plot is a fast-paced drama with a twist but has very descriptive scenario. I like this type of story because it delves and world of shifters give a different perspective from the author's imagination.
I highly recommend this book and series for an enjoyable read.

Sasha has just escaped from the clutches of the Blackwood pack by slipping through a fence they would not follow behind. She is barely dressed for the snowstorm she finds herself in. She has survival savvy and, while gathering branches, she finds a small cabin to take shelter in. Joe is a lion shifter and rancher whose cabin Sasha takes shelter in. Sasha tells joe about the pack, expecting to be called crazy. She hates shifters, this is a problem for Joe, because she is his mate. Will Joe fight to save her when the Blackwood pack steals her from the family home?

But is afraid to tell her he is a shifter because she was so scared of shifters. Sasha is kidnapped by the rogue shifters and Joe has to go save her. Working together they stop the rogues and end up so happy. Definitely recommend this series.

One of my favorite books I have currently read by Zoe Chant! I love Joe and Sasha! The pace at which the romance went was wonderful. Joe is honorable, protective, handsome and many more qualities that I love in any hero of Zoe's books!

Great third book in this series. Joe and Sasha's Story had a great plot to it. Joe Whittaker was the quiet one, he spoke when he had something meaningful to say. He comes across a human female in his cabin. A female who has his luon at attention.
Sasha has finally found shelter in a cabin. She had been running for her life. Thankfully, she could rest a while. She awakens to a very large and handsome man who looked like a hit lumberjack.
These two create sparks together.

What an interesting read.
Loved that Sasha was completely comfortable and capable having grown up in the woods.
Joe was just so sweet and tongue tied around Sasha. Being honourable when fighting the nasty pack after Sasha is all well and good but the outcome would have been so much worse if not for Sasha doing what she did.

Sasha got caught up with some very bad people. To make matters worse, these people were shifters. She has never seen shifters before. She runs and finds Joe. To her he is sweet and kind. Little does she know that he is a shifter too. So much action in this book! Both dramatic and steamy! Great story.

Quick, fun read
This story went fast and slow at the same time. In the beginning it was fast paced and seem like it would end before we even got started. Then about 30% in it slowed all the way down. It picked up again and just ended. I wanted more character development and more of a story. Not exactly my favorite Zoe Chant story.

I have been on a shifter binge and that is where I found Zoe. I have enjoyed many of her books since then and am working my way through them. There are some minor editing issues in her early books but not enough to give up reading them.
With many variety of shifters who are hot and true mates I am sure you will enjoy them as much as me.

Yet another great book. Amazing how the author can come up with such believable stories about shifters. I only recently got hooked on these types of books and so glad I found this series.

Sasha Stevenson is a human that finds out the hard way that shifters exist. Living way out in the woods, not near any civilization, her Aunt and Uncle who raised and taught her how to shoot, live and survive in these woods. Sasha wanted more in her life and went searching for it. What she found was going to get her killed but her survival instincts took over and she ran. Being chased by her biker ex boyfriend and his Alpha, Sasha didn't think she would make it, finding a cabin was a godsend but waking up to Mufasa was a Miracle.
Joe Whittaker is a Lion Shifter, while he is out hunting, he spots animals tracks of wolves, deer and a boar. None of these tracks should be together something was fishy, then he spots human tracks running, that can't be possible, could it? Shifters hunting humans that against shifter laws. Following the tracks he finds an unexpected visitor.

This is the third book in the Cedar Hills Lions. This was a great story about finding love after a terrifying experience. It is well written and held my interest all the way through. It is well worth checking out at 5 stars.
