Well if I could give this more than 5 stars I would!!! AK Michaels concludes this awesome series with a bang. Whilst other authors coast their series to the end, we wrap up the HWC series with a strong, emotional and very funny finale!!
The dilemma in question in Mac's. What's a Beta to do when Fate, that fickle female, puts a big ol spanner in the works? What do you do when your fated mate is...well just not what you expected??? No spoilers here but the story was big on OMG moments that you don't really see coming.
Throw in a mercy mission by Cam and Chastity to save a hybrid baby from a maniacal, bigoted, alpha and some good news from Grant and Shelly and it's an almighty roller-coaster ride. I waned to hug Mac and then clobber him over the head with the nearest heavy object but he finally came through thankfully!!!
All the major characters have been settled with their mates now and I have enjoyed my time with the Highland Wolf Boys and their feisty mates. But what I really loves is that all the minor characters keep popping up in all the books and haven't just been used as a filler between the set pieces of the major characters. But I have now been left with a major question which has not been answered - Why is Clayr spelled that way????
Fabulous read which I have managed to hook my mother in law into. Something for everyone and I dare you not to love them all. Engaging story line, great characters, snappy dialogue and damn good bedroom naughtiness.

I never thought this series could get any better but it did with this book. This was my favourite of the series. I really enjoyed reading about Mac's Dilemma, when book 5 ended with Mac's phone call to Grant, we were left wondering what was up with Mac, it was interesting to reading about his Dilemma and although I wanted to shake the life out of him a few times. I'm glad he made the choice he did. I have Loved reading this series and getting to know all the characters, I love how Ava makes all her Characters interesting and just as important to the story as the main characters. Throughout this series I have laughed, cried, felt happiness, sadness and joy. I fell into this paranormal world and truly lived it, I loved every minute of it! If I could choose a series to be a movie, this would be it! I highly recommend this series to anyone looking for a great read. Thank you for writing such a great series, I LOVED IT!! Easy 5 stars *****

This is definitely the best of the Highland Wolf Clan books to date. Cam has become the Alpha he was meant to be, Chastity has the shifter orphanage up and running and big surprises for Cam and the pack coming.An Orphan cub brings personal joy to Cam and Chas, but also danger lurks in her past and future. Mac finds his soul mate, just not in the way he always thought it would happen, so as a hard headed Scott he fights the mating, remembering almost to late that the Goddess doesn't make mistakes !! This is a definite 5 star read that you don't want to miss from Author A.K.Micheals !!

I was given an Arc copy in exchange for an honest review. I have been a fan of this series since book one and never thought the story could get any better. But which each book I would come up with a new favorite and there is no way you can’t fall in love with this family of characters. Things are changing for everyone in the pack and new beginnings are on the horizon for all. Grant has gotten in touch with Cam to let him know about what happened with their father and how their childhood friend helped him almost destroy Grant and Shelly. Mac has settled in with being Cam’s Beta and doing work at Chas new orphanage for abandoned/abused shifter kids and one day his world is turned upside down for his wolf had found its mate and Mac is struggling to come to terms with it’s choice. Along with some unforeseen chaos surrounding Cam and Chastity, much happiness is upon the Highland Wolf Clan and the Sinclair Brothers. Both Grant and Cam help Mac through his dilemma. I am so happy when I found book one on sale, I found an amazing and talented Author. I will miss this Series, but I have so many others of A. K. Michaels to read, and I am looking forward to every one of them. Thank you again for sharing your stories and talent.

Of course, soon their family will become much bigger but I am not telling you why. Buy the book and read. Mac also has a surprise of his own and he is not dealing with things very well at first but after a talk with Grant and then with Cam he has made a decision. I love this series and each book gets better and better. This one had some hiccups but nothing massive. I would recommend it and if you have not read this series I’d suggest beginning with Book 1.

Wonderful!!! There definitely was a dilemma, well for Mac anyway, he was just as surprised as everyone at the turn of events for him.
And Chastity and Cam go out to save a hybrid baby from a bigoted alpha who had planned to kill the child because it wasn't pure wolf.
A great story, I thoroughly enjoyed it, I believe this maybe the last to the series and what a great story it was and also as there is no loose ends and everyone is settled down with their mates it makes a grand finale to an excellent series. A great read and a fantastic series! I highly recommend this book and series to any lover of great paranormal romance.

I don't know how A.K Michaels does it, although this is book 6 in the series she continues to come up with storylines that grab your attention.
No spoilers, but I have to say she expertly conveys Mac's struggle to come to terms with what's happening, what is happening you ask ? You'll have to read it to find out but it was a twist I certainly did not see coming !
This is the last book in the series and I for one am sad to see the last of these sexy lovable Highland wolves but hey, whenever I need a fix I can always re-read them right !

This book was amazing. So many changes in the clan. A.K. Michaels has not one but two unexpected twists in this book. The book deals with a couple of socially sensitive issues with understanding and class. Mac's life changes in ways he never expected. This book made me think, it made me laugh. The story pulled me in, it felt like it was happening to real friends & family. Bravo A.K. Michaels for a book well written.

I was given a copy to review honestly and being honest about the book isn't hard. This book has so many exciting things going on that you won't be able to stop turning the pages. Every time you think you know whats going to happen Ms. Michaels writes some new direction into the story. Its nice to not be able to predict where the story goes.

Once again A.K.Michaels does not disappoint!! Drama, romance, action, suspense it's all here with plenty of surprises and twists and turns along the way. I was on the edge if my seat as I read it and I literally couldn't put the book down until I had finished. Keep up the good work Ava, absolutely fantastic!!

I read these books for the romance. If I wanted to read about same sex couples, I would get those books
Poor Mac, he gets his mate but it wasn’t what he expected or what I wanted for him. A ménage would have at least been a better compromise then Mac could have the mate and children he wanted so badly.
Cam and Chastity’s life really takes a huge turn and we have a lot happening with them.
Hope Mason gets a mate soon and it was nice to see Ryder settling into pack life.
Due to Chastity’s being in labour we aren’t told if Ryder is okay after the fight but one assumes he is.
I found it strange Brett was working at the orphanage when he is an architect and engineer. I expected him to be busy working on stuff for Cam.

Cover/Title: Boy does this title fit this book. It is definitely full of dilemmas.
Characters: Once again, all the characters that I like are back. There is no end to great characters in this series.

Meh. It was ok, not my fave installment of the series. I'm already halfway through the next one and it seems like the author is losing interest in the series. This one and the next one just seem like the author doesn't have much left to give this series the same excitement that she did in earlier installments.

Lovely storyline in all six books.
I have just finished all six books of the Highland Wolf Clan and they were so amazing. Such wonderful stories. I couldn't put the books down till I'd finished each one. Sometimes I couldn't read as I was do tearful over sad parts in the stories

Highland Wolf Clan
Mostly Mac's story. Mac's wolf is acting up and he can't figure out why. He feels as if he met his mate but that doesn't make any sense. There isn't anyone around.

I didn't know about this book and thought book 5 was the end of the series so this was a pleasant surprise. This book focuses on Mac's love life and to say it was a shocker is an understatement! I loved this book but felt Mac's story was a little too far fetched for me. To explain it here would mean giving a spoiler so I won't say anything specific but it's definitely not anything that I saw coming...
Chastity has got the orphanage up and running which is just as well when she and Cameron have to make a mercy dash to Denver to rescue an orphaned hybrid baby whose Alpha is threatening to throw her into a river to drown. It seems that the Alpha hates her because she is half wolf, half mountain lion and therefore not worthy of living but Cameron and Chastity have different ideas. The plan is to settle her in the orphanage where she will subsequently be adopted but first they have to get her away from the mad Alpha. By the time they return to pack land, they have fallen in love with her. They decide to adopt her themselves and they name her Heather. By the end of the book, the pack has new members, a new threat to the pack emerges and Ryder is injured.
I'm hoping this isn't the last book of the series as there are still characters who haven't found their mates and it would be great to see them settled.

This has got to be my FAVOURITE book in this series so far, and that isn't an easy decision considering they are all amazing... I mean WOAH, Dilemmas was everything I expected and so much more!!
I can't say much about the story without giving anything away and I HATE spoilers so I'll keep it short... We're back in America with Cam, Chastity and their Pack and boy have they all been busy! It's no secret that I love these characters and its been a really incredible experience seeing them grow and change over the last 6 books, the growth was so unexpected but so natural at the same time. This series always amazes me but Ava has really outdone herself with this one, I was addicted from the very first page, the story is just enthralling there's no other word for it! Once again the mental picture I got from Ava's descriptions are out of this world! It really is as clear as a movie, I'm seriously in awe of it.

So I was looking forward to finding out about Mac He's a top notch Beta who also work's in Chastity’s new orphanage unwanted Shifter kids. But what Ms Michaels had in store for him was quite a surprise for me, but it was a good story and he has a lot of trials to bare before he gets his HEA, warning the story contains MM scenes.
Cam and Chastity are on a mission to rescue a hybrid Shifter baby and of course things tend to go a bit awry with these missions, and this story doesn't disappoint, it was action packed, full of suspense and of course a few baddies that need their arses whipping.
I am glad Cam got to teach the cruel bigoted Alpha a lesson in manners.
I have enjoyed this series, in fact I haven't really not read a book of Ms Michaels that I have not loved.
If you like fast paced Enjoyable Paranormal Romance then give this series a read.
So I was looking forward to finding out about Mac He's a top notch Beta who also work's in Chastity’s new orphanage unwanted Shifter kids. But what Ms Michaels had in store for him was quite a surprise for me, but it was a good story and he has a lot of trials to bare before he gets his HEA, warning the story contains MM scenes.
Cam and Chastity are on a mission to rescue a hybrid Shifter baby and of course things tend to go a bit awry with these missions, and this story doesn't disappoint, it was action packed, full of suspense and of course a few baddies that need their arses whipping.
I am glad Cam got to teach the cruel bigoted Alpha a lesson in manners.

What a wonderful conclusion to the Highland Wolf series. I truly enjoyed following this exciting series. Grant had to make the call to Cam to tell him about their father's demise. He was leery about it, feeling terrible himself, he thought Cam might blame him. Heck, no! Cam reassures him, and they both will have happy news to share. Mac, being a Beta, is all wolf...'manly' wolf, that is. Although he's been happy that his packmates are finding their HEAs, he is hopeful he will have one, too. Little does he know the angst that will follow, and the decisions he will have to make. Picking up a little hybrid shifter baby to add to the orphanage should be easy, right? Well, not for Cam and Chastity, it brings trouble to their door...again. With exciting news all around and tough decisions to be made, Dilemmas is the perfect name for this story. An easy-to-read heartwarming story, that will have you reading until the very end.
