This book was horrible, don’t get me wrong, I love spice as much as the next girl but that’s literally it, it’s all sex. No story line, then it just ends. You don’t know if he ever got over his fears about being in a relationship. He treated Electra like shit most of the time and she seemed like a dumb female character who just took it. Her best friend is in the whole beginning of the book and she is also a cop but then she’s never to be heard from again. You would think she would be checking on her friend wanting to know why she wasn’t hearing from her when the last thing she knew was Electra was putting her resignation letter in. Everyone said this was so good and I honestly felt it was a huge waste of my time.

This is the dirtiest book I have EVER read. I was blushing & sweating the whole time, it went from 0-100 in the first chapter 🥵
That being said, as someone who normally reads fantasy romance, I found this really endearing! Parts made me cringe when the Dom was being degrading, but other parts had me thinking “this is kind of sweet & romantic”. I enjoy that it is reiterated over & over throughout the book that this is a CONSENSUAL arrangement, as I needed the reminder at times haha. I’ve never read a fiction based on a Dom/Sub relationship so I found it really fascinating! This book is 100% pure porn, but also the story behind the smut is good enough that I couldn’t put the book down, & read it in 1 sitting! If you like a book to be as dirty as it gets, look no further! As you can guess from the title, the main characters are a boss/CEO & his personal assistant.

Hot Captivating Read!!!
This is my first read from this author but won’t be my last. Instantly fell for Bastian and Electra and felt like I was in their story with them. This is book 1 of a duet, and my heart was a bit heart at the end of the first book, but I have huge hopes for the next. The chemistry between this couple is off the charts. What started off as a D/s relationship was turning into a true loving relationship. But as well know, good things can’t always be smooth sailing. I loved to watch how their relationship evolved and the personal growth that each of these characters experienced. I would love to go on more, but what I really want to do is get back to reading about this world in bk 2. I highly recommend this read!

There are some trigger warnings which the author does an amazing job describing at the beginning.
I enjoyed this book. Electra is the personal assistant to her new boss, Bastian. There isn't much talk about it being a forbidden romance like you'd normally find in an office romance book.
Bastian invites Electra into his world of BDSM and she is brand new to it. It does give Fifty Shades of Grey vibes but more spice and less cliche in my opinion.
I do wish there was more about Electra's relationship with her best friend once she has agreed to the contract terms. In the beginning she tells her best friend such personal details of other encounters but once she starts seeing Bastian there is no other talk about her telling her friend. (It was briefly mentioned about asking to tell her but nothing further)
Overall it was a pretty good book and I'm happy I got the chance to read a new author!

Phew this book is smoking hot 🥵 filled with some fantastic sexy times that will have your panties melting. But there’s also a great relationship between Electra & Bastian not just in the D/s context but in the softer side we see her bring out of him. He is looking for someone who can be his everything and help him remember who he used to be & she needs someone who can calm the chaos inside her. As they learn to be what they need for each other you get to see the relationship grow and develop and you can’t help but hope it all works out in the end. Great read

The lead female I loved. I found the lead male slightly scary. He was too animalistic and angry and although Electra never showed fear I felt a couple of times he crossed the line.

This book is part one. Yes, it does , ends up as a Cliffhanger, but , the next book is out now. Also, Please read the trigger warning in the book. I really enjoy, this book. So I really enjoyed this book. It is well written, flows smoothly and is easy to read.
Just a forewarning, this book contains a fair amount of explicit details.
I loved the characters. Electra is an intelligent, beautiful, capable, dedicated business professional. She takes her job seriously. She also enjoys a good time. Unfortunately, she hasn't had much luck in the romance department.
Bastion is a billionaire. While he worked hard to get where he is, having the last name Thorn didn't hurt. He can be arrogant, self centered and a bit of a jerk. Underneath that gruff exterior there is an entirely different side that only a few get to see.
When Bastion takes over his father's business, Bastion and Electra are headed for a head on collision.
If you enjoy billionaires, bdsm, steamy romance you definitely want to check out this book.

This was a good book about a new D/s relationship with a new to the scene sub. I really enjoyed the dynamic between Bastian and Electra. Especially the parallels in their lives. My only wish is there was more.

I really wish the author would've mentioned that it was a lifestyle dom/sub book.
It was mentioned that it was a dom/sub relationship, but when I think about regular dom/sub, I think of just the bedroom nothing else. This was definitely lifestyle and this guy just felt abusive to me.
So that girls friend, Zoe, she was a shit friend. lmao. In chapter 6 when she was calling the FMC a liar. the FMC asked what her problem was and she said "I don't want you to get hurt". So you sit there calling her a liar ? that made NO SENSE. FMC should've replied "you sound jealous and bitter and a shit friend". lmao
That one night stand she had should've kind of tipped me off to how this was going to go. Not only does she get screwed by strangers with no condom, she is also being thrust into a threesome she didn't ask for, consent to, or know about until the dick was in her throat. Sure, she didn't push away and say stop. But I mean, that was a fucked up situation.
The MMC was a complete asshole from the beginning. When he first approached her, he realized he maybe made a mistake and should've approached her for a date. Instead of correcting himself, like he should've, he continued to treat her like shit. Any time something happened, even if it wasn't her fault, he blamed her and took it out on her.
She was 3 minutes late to her lunch date with him (actually she was there on time) but the waiter held her up too busy checking her out and questioning her instead of letting her back there with him. It's like he was setting her up for failure. He doesn't ask her questions, he doesn't let her tell him what happened, and when she does explain it he says she's making excuses and basically doesn't take her side. He treats her like shit until she tells him she's sorry and will take any punishment he wants to give.
He is taking advantage of her. He knows she is a people pleaser and gets upset when she disappoints him and really anyone. I really feel like he sets up these things to make her fail. IDK this just felt like a wrong side of BDSM and I get really disgusted by the little shit like being punished for forgetting sugar in his coffee.
Being a brat, not obeying sexual commands, those deserve punishment.
And I hate cheaters. He expected loyalty from her, but had other subs. *eye roll* he said he had been waiting for her, preparing to be with her, how he sobered up and blah blah to prepare for her, but wasn't planning on being faithful to her.
I realized that this was lifestyle bdsm and quickly learned its not for me so I DNF.
It may be a good book for someone who likes the lifestyle dom/sub, but for me, it felt more abusive than anything, and I read (and LOVED) some dark shit.

I enjoyed reading this romance story. This is a new author for me which I enjoyed her writing skills and her ability to pull me into the story from the start. I look forward to reading more from this author in the future. This is a well written story about Bastian and Electra. He is her boss and she can't stop thinking about him but he keeps pushing her where she wants to quit. The attraction is so strong that she stays to give him a chance. A steamy office romance story that you don't want to miss. I enjoyed their chemistry and growth throughout the story. They had me coming back for more. They are connectable characters that are strong and truly made the story for me. This is a fast paced, hard to put down story that I highly recommend. I can't wait to read more!

As much as I wanted to absolutely love this book , it was good . For me personally the ending was a little rushed and there were some questions I had throughout the book that were never answered (not saying they won’t be answered later one but they could’ve really helped with the story line.) The smut in this book is top notch but I felt the story line was just background information and the smut was the main focus and there wasn’t really a good balance between the two . I wish there was more character development with the MMC but overall it was a good read .

I really enjoyed reading this book. After reading the short story Steamy Christmas , I needed more with Electra and Bastian . And His Private Assistant delivered ! This was sooo 🥵🥵🥵. I loved watching their spicy story develop. Definitely recommend reading this book.

The writing was cringey. There was no plot. Just SMUT!!!!
I did finish the book but there were a lot of unanswered questions about the other sub characters… this is 50 Shades on Crack… 😫
There was no climax whatsoever and I honestly didn’t enjoy the ending … I went into this book with so many expectations but was left disappointed…

His Private Assistant book one of the Punished Series and the first book that I’ve read by Sissi Grandeur. I absolutely loved this book. It’s so hot! I love Bastian’s and Electra’s chemistry. This is a book you will need your trusty “friend” when you read it. I cannot wait to read the next book!

Warning: A lot of BDSM in this book
Even though there is bdsm, it is more of the journey that these two go though to get want they both want. This is probably the best bdsm book I have read becasue there is such a moving story that goes with it. I would recommend if that is your cup of tea.

This was a fun and sexy story that had me hooked from the first chapter. I absolutely loved the character arcs and the dynamic between the main characters. You could practically feel the sexual tension steaming off the pages. Can't wait for book 2!!

This book has smut, that’s about it. The plot isn’t well written and the dialogue is cringy. I tend to value a well written plot and the building of a relationship more than the smut. I haven’t DNF’d a book in a while but couldn’t make it through the rest of this one.
