Ewa Not quite sure where graphic begins for you. Certainly It may be disturbing for some because there are rape scenes here, not very detailed but still,

What does the author mean by "the last queen of Spanish blood"? She was the last queen of her dynasty but what does "Spanish blood" mean? Was queen Isabella the 2nd less of a Spaniard? Both Joanna and Catherine were TWICE great-great-granddaughters of John of Gaunt, not to mention their Portuguese ancestry. Besides, the concept of Spain was born just during the reign of her parents.
