In the book, he kept saying don't use the "I" and "me". Lets pretend my name Mike. If I am angry at Joe.. Do I say "Mike is angry at Joe."? I know it sounds kinda of a stupid question, but I do agree with Anthony about disassociate yourself from the "I" and "me" to be able to see a clearer pictures.
