Can someone explain the cycle of the revenants?? Like what happens to them every month and also when they die.... I got really confused when I was reading about it...

After three days, their body awakes they go back to how they were but a little bit weak. They can age but everytime they become dormant by saving someone else they go back to being their age on when they saved someone's life for the first time. (less)
