Thirteen years later Aidan is back in the town of Redemption to give Ethan an explanation about why he left and hopefully be forgiven so they can be together.
This story was great. It was to the point and solved the issues relatively quickly while still getting an understanding of the characters and the situation. I liked Aidan and Ethan and I liked their story. I wanted a little bit more but it was good overall. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Jonah was only living there a short time before he got into trouble and was sent to Juvenile Detention. Christian was a foster child in the same home at time Jonah was there and had fallen in love with him. Years later Christian still loves him and Jonah wants to have a relationship with Christian. The only problem is that Jonah has never had a relationship and doesn't know how to make it work. Christian and Jonah learn to love each other and give each other what they need.
This story was ok for me. My only problem with it was that there were lots of hot love scenes but not enough character development. If the author had spent a little more time on the characters I think the story would have been a little bit better. I did like the dynamics between Jonah and Christian though.
I give this story 4 stars.

He is gay but a virgin since he didn't want to come out while he was in high school. He has gone to Illinois to a small private school that promotes diversity and a family like environment. Kelly also has allergies so he is forced have a single room and to watch out what he eats in the school cafeteria. Due to some unseen circumstances Kelly gets a roommate in the form of the campus Casanova.
Walter is a junior at Hope and is known for sleeping around with all the guys on campus. He gets roomed with the adorable Kelly and is looking forward to making him a conquest. But Kelly is looking for true love and a lasting relationship with is the last thing Walter wants. So he becomes his friend. But after hanging out with Kelly as a friend Walter finds out that he wants more.
This story is very cute! I loved Kelly with his Disney attitude and always believing in happily ever after. I loved Walter to even though he had a more cynical view on love and relationships. I loved how Walter would always be taking care of Kelly and making sure he was care of. I only wished this story was longer or it had a sequel. Baring that it had a good ending and it was sweet.
I give this story 4 stars.

I really like this series and I love Amy Lane. She is a great author who gives her characters depth and I can really feel the struggles each of the guys are going through. I really like Dex and is nice to hear his story. I am looking forward to reading the next one of this series.

She has never lost a case and take pride in her work. She also has physic abilities were she has visions and can read people's minds. Everything is normal until she starts seeing visions of a murder taking place from the killers point of view. She keeps seeing these visions with every murder that occurs when she realizes that the murder is finding woman that look exactly like her and be someone she knows. Carolyn already has trust issues and now she has to whittle through all the people she knows to see which one is coming after. With help from FBI Special Agent Steve Williams, who has some special physic abilities as well they search out those close to her to see who is out to get Carolyn.
This is my first Steve Williams book. I usually never start a book that is far along in a series I like to start from the beginning and work my way through. I read other reviews and it worked out ok to be able to start with this book. The story is told mostly from Carolyn's point of view so it is almost like a stand-alone story. I would have liked a little bit more of the back story on Steve Williams and I am definitely going to read the rest of this series. I loved this story and it was very intriguing. I couldn't put this book down and was left guessing the killer all the way up until it was revealed. The author kept making good cases for every suspect. Very entertaining.

Off the success of that tour they go back into the studio for the composing of their second album. Along with keeping their relationship still a secret they have all sorts of other issues standing in their way of their success. First off there is issues with the current drummer Trish, then two new bands are starting to record with their album label and each has their own issues with talent clashing between Conquest and themselves. Then there is the ever increasing pressure of being able to share their love whenever they want and not have to hide.
I am in love with Evan and Jesse. As their relationship continues to grow it is nice to see them getting to be with their soul mates. I am glad this was a series and I got to know them on a deeper level. I also love the dynamics of the band and all the other people in their lives. I especially like Jesse's brother Brandon and that he finally meets someone to love as well. I can't wait to read the rest of this series .

He grew up not knowing many friends until one day he gets paired with Hunter, who he thinks is really cute. As time goes by Hunter and Brandon become friends and they start hanging out all the time. They get along famously until Hunter finds out that Brandon is gay and is in love with Hunter. It isn't until senior year when Hunter gets kicked out of his house and has nowhere else to go he comes back to Brandon and ends up living with him. So much so that they even share a bed together and start doing things with each other. Brandon loves Hunter but doesn't know if Hunter loves him back so he ends up going his own way and leaving Austin to go to college. Years later after college Brandon is a teacher and is living life but still has always loved Hunter. When one day Hunter calls him offering that love and a whole different life entirely.
I really liked this story and it was fascinating. I won't spill what happens between Hunter and Brandon but it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. I will only tell you this that Hunter shows Brandon what life could really be like with having people you love around you and that is exactly what Brandon gets in the end. It just might not be with the people you think it will be. I love how Brandon tells this story and how he grows and evolves as a person throughout this story. It was very heartwarming and great. I was pleasantly surprised with this story and I am hoping to read more from Luke Hartwell in the future.

Elise is a well-known heiress in France and is known for her party girl ways, which are mostly false. She has been cut off from her family financially because she decides she does not want to marry the man her family has picked out for her. So she has trained to be a chef to put the party girl away and be taken seriously. Little does she know but the owner of Fusion is a man from her past that has had her heart from since she was a child, Lucien Lenault.
Lucien has run from his family shame from France to Chicago to make a new name for himself. He is trying to learn about his past and using a man by the name of Ian Noble to get the answers he is looking for. It has been a long process but Lucien feels like the timing is never right and goes about his business and his friendship with Ian until he can get what he is looking for. What he doesn't expect is for Elise to come crashing into his life and potentially spill the secrets of his past that he has been covering up. The way to keep her quiet is to keep a tight rein on her by having her in his bed and submitting to him completely.
I enjoyed this book but I think I might have enjoyed it a little more if I had read it instead of listened to it on audio book. The narrator was a French woman and it put off the whole story because it was hard to understand sometimes with the accent. It would have been better if the narrator was English and did French accents for when the characters spoke. I did like Lucien a lot and it seemed that he was definitely an alpha male. The only thing I didn't like was that when Elise pulled one of her party girl stunts or acted out he gave into her demands too easily. Elise bothered me because she was a spoiled rich girl who did outrageous stunts to get her way. Characters like that I don't care for and sometimes is hard for me to read. Also this story was erotica/BDSM but it was very soft BDSM and although I have read some very extreme BDSM this story seemed to miss the mark on that theme.

After losing the good fight to three different injuries his hopes of playing professional football are dashed. So he goes back to his home town after his parents move to Florida and teaches football and baseball. While in college he learns that he is gay but decides to not go public with it in his little home town and is surprised when there is a chance for love.
Brandon was in the same grade as Jake in high school but was a nerd instead of an athlete. He gets out of the small town and goes to college and is in the middle of getting his medical degree only to return when his parents die in an accident. While he is there the principal of the high school tells him that he should think about teaching biology and chemistry at his alma mater. Brandon decides to take him up on the offer but instead of getting to teach AP classes he finds himself ending up having to help coach the baseball team with Jake, which he knows nothing about. As Brandon learns more about Jake he wishes he could have him but doesn't know if it is possible.
This story was good and I liked the camaraderie between Jake and Brandon once they got warmed up to each other. They were both attracted to each other but didn't want to do anything because they didn't know if each other were gay or not. One of the things that bothered me in this story was there wasn't a lot of drama between the two characters and even when the authors tried to make some it wasn't very big. Also the story was disjointed in the way that I would read a paragraph from Brandon's point of view then all of the sudden it switched to Jake and then back again. I don't know if this happens when two authors are writing but the story felt not so cohesive at times. Over all a good story.

Having been kidnapped from her home and almost losing her life has Marissa realizing that she has been living a fake plastic life of not caring. She decides what really matters is having people in her life that won't use her and want to be there for her. While discovering this for herself she falls in love with Nash. Nash was forced to hide and has had the life of a criminal while his brother tries to figure out who murdered their mother. Nash pretends he is hard and unlovable but being with Marissa proves otherwise.
I really liked this book and it was a perfect end to this series. I liked Marissa a lot better then Olivia. In the first books I didn't like her as much because she was a bitch to Olivia and was plastic. I liked how she changed for the better and realized that all her life she was being used and finally stuck up for herself. I liked Nash too and felt that he got redemption for the last seven years he had been pretending to be dead. I liked these two characters a lot and was very happy with the end of this series!...more

Right away Olivia's resolve is tested when things don't go the way as planned. After having her cousin Marissa be kidnapped for Cash's problems and then herself Olivia tries to forgive him for his wrong doings and love him.
I really wanted to like this series but it was a little dissappointing for me. First of all Olivia is so wishy washy about loving Cash it is like she is on a rollercoaster. The very first chapter where there she is talking to Taran about Cash and in 10 minutes she is convinced he doesn't like her when it is just ridiculous. Also how she gets kidnapped for being so stubborn and standing up to her mother is just plain old stupid. I mean I know the author was trying to go for suspense but in the process she made Olivia a whiny, stubborn, flaky, wishy washy, crazy female it drove me nuts. I am hoping Marissa redeems herself in the next book.

She was on her way to being an Omplyian when she broke her knee during the trials. She lost her dream and has been lost ever since. One night her best friend invites her to an underground fighting match where she gets her first glimpse of Remington "Riptide" Tate. He is a goregous, sexy, dominant guy who she is instantly attracted to. There is this chemistry that sparks between the two of them from just one look across the ring. Little does Brooke know that the one look would transform her life forever.
I liked this story but I am only giving it 3.5 stars because I felt Brooke could be a little whiny and selfish at times. The fact that she falls in love with Remington and you don't really even hear him say much until halfway through the book. Remington has issues and wants to take their relationship slowly but Brooke gets pushy and then gets hurt later down the road. I felt that I knew Brooke really well but not Remington. I am looking forward to continuing this series to see how everything works out between them. I listened to this on audio book and I liked the narrator.
