"Paint For Blood" is a great story and absolute a tease as first book of this series what promises to be an exciting addition to the Paranormal Readers World. Paint For Blood is really a page turner and for me hard to put down. Emily has done a great job writing this amazing story with the paranormal characters like vampires, ghosts, shades and of course the Dessa the chalise.
Emily has written a fast-paced story full of action, love, betrayal and a lot of blood shedding. I did miss a few answers in this story, one relation that ended abrupt and one character that was a complete waist and could be deleted if you ask me! aaah and then comes the cliffhanger, I really hate cliffhangers! Maybe the answers I am looking for will pop up in the second book. I just have to wait and see.Can't wait!

From the very beginning Fayth pulls you in this fantastic world from the first chapter and doesn't let you down until the last.
Blood Lust Rising has a solid plot and good world-building, a good romance story line and realistic characters. I really fell in love the the characters of this book. I specially liked Ella the Kick-ass/pain in the ass heroine and I totally believed in the relationship between Elle and Micah. The story is constant on the move there's a lot going on, from people trying to kill Ella, a lot of HOT romantic love scenes with Micah, to the return of her sire Julian.
The only thing I didn't get... is what made Elle a living vampire, instead of regular one? I understood why the Queen was that way, but unlike her, Elle wasn't born a vamp, so why is she special? At first I thought it was because she didn't drink blood, but even once she does, her heart still beats. So, that bothered me a little.
The only disappointment was the fight between Ella and the main bad-villain of this book, I would have liked to read a little more about how they kick each other’s ass!
Overall I really enjoyed Blood Lust Rising.There is a big tease for the second part of the trilogy, but that’s not written as a cliff-hanger! The main story line is solved and ended with a satisfying end. I'm looking forward where Fayth will bring us in the second book of this fantastic Trilogy. This is really a new addiction. I know i will be craving for more!

That said. Spider's web is already the seventh book of this amazing Elemental Assassin Series. Each book is getting better and better and when you finally think you have figured it out Jennifer pulls a great twist out of her sleeve that keeps you wondering.... Can this series get any better??
In Spiders Bite, the first book of the Elemental Assassin Series we met Gin Blanco, cook by day in her diner "Pork Pit" and the spider assassin by night she keeps running in to the strangest villains but at the end she pull thru like the kick-ass heroine she is. Besides these two jobs she have to fight for her relation with Owen! And fight her new opponent Salina. Salina returned to Ashland for revenge on those who stood silently by while Mab Monroe killed her father. Salina's family isn't the only one that Mab destroyed. Jeez ... I really hated that bitch Salina ... Supported Gin al the way to get rid of her!

A story is nothing without the side-kicks Gin can always count on her Family, Jo-Jo & Sophia, Finn, Eva, Owen and Gin’s sister Bria. It is always nice to read about them. My favorite is Sophia with her grave voice. But also Bria played a big part in this story and was for a change proud of her sister Gin.
I think Jennifer will get a lot of responds of her dedicated readers after they finish this book ... Widow's web is a emotional rollercoaster that gives you inside information about some street live history behind Owen and Eva's story but also about Gin and how much a strong woman she actually is. Gin just can't get a break. Problems are coming her way every corner she turns. I truly enjoyed this books, shed some tears....but I will keep an eye out on the future because in the end I think Jennifer is going to make it alright... I really hope so... I can't wait for the next installment of the Elemental Assassin Series to discover what Jennifer has come up next for Gin.
The Elemental Assassin series is one of my Top 10 "Favorite Paranormal Series" and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys paranormal romance stories with one hell of a kick-ass female! Go Gin!...more
