the pacing of this book felt really off though. it’s a hard task compressing the series down from two books into one comic so it’s understandable but i think greater attention should have been given to some of the plot points. some of the deaths here didn’t hit as hard because it felt like the book was going from one big event to the next over and over again without much space to breathe and develop the relationships further. once again that’s just a con of having to compress two books with various plot lines and relationships into one 200 page comic. i think i was mostly disappointed by silverstreams death. it went by sooo quickly and confusingly. there’s more i can nitpick but honestly it’s not worth it just because sara and natalie do such a great job interpreting these books in their style, adding their own flair and character and balancing cuteness with intensity. i commend them so much for it ...more

cute and fun read! i think the petty drama of the book was a bit much for my personal taste, i ended up frustrated and unsatisfied most of the time bycute and fun read! i think the petty drama of the book was a bit much for my personal taste, i ended up frustrated and unsatisfied most of the time by the resolutions. i also think having a grind 2 instead of just leading the book up to ONE grind party wasn’t up my alley writing wise because i felt the first grind just happened too quickly despite all the buildup to it where nothing reallyyyyyy ended up happening. i wanted a big party that all the tension builds up to and all the drama explodes! but anyway that’s just my two cents writing wise overall i liked it it was fun!...more
