You've never read Charity B like this before. While still having the trademark epic bits of horror, gore and depravity, this was a surprisingly sweet and steamy paranormal romance that kept me captivated from start to finish. It's been a long time since I read a good and unique paranormal romance but this hit the spot perfectly. I've read my share of demon stories before, but this one had some new turns to it and I just know ya'll will love Loch as much as I did. Seriously, pick this one up....more

I have to admit, I needed to keep reading. Very dark, difficult to read, but you definitely want to know what is happening and why. I finished in one short sitting and I am probably going to pick up the sequel out of morbid curiosity, but may need a palette cleanser in between. Four stars because I genuinely had to keep reading....more

Incendiary takes the family we know How is it that each time we step back into the mind of Luke that we find ourselves convinced of his way of living?
Incendiary takes the family we know and love and pushes it that step further before adding a new depth to the man we’ve all sworn ourselves too. Dark, depraved, taboo... yes, all of these things. But by the time you’re through, you’ll understand it has to be this way, because daddy said so.
Yolanda, you’ve done it again. You've taken the evilest and most twisted man and made me love and understand him that much more.

I can honestly say I haven't read anything quite like it, though.
Written from "Ehd's" POV, it creates an entire different dimension to a story like this. As Ehd doesn't talk beyond names, the entire book we are basically left to guess what Beh (Elizabeth) is really saying, thinking and feeling. It can be a bit tough to read at points because of the POV and how it is almost dumbed down, but it works soooo well for the character that you can tell why the author wrote it the way she did. I got some great laughs of his reactions to things she did and the steamy scenes were certainly well written! During my read I thought to give this 4 stars, but on finishing it (including some serious feels and a few tears) I'm giving it a five, simply because it was so unique and kept me so captivated.

I love the idea of the raw and primal alpha male, and the FMC was well done and likeable enough to make it a great romance. The intimate moments are amazing and the author gives good description without it being too much. Finished in a day and imagine this one will be something I come back and reread. Highly recommend....more

While I knew I was in for some taboo darkness, I wasn't expecting this. The sense of dread that builds throughout is fantastic. I read the boxset (I think) so am now finding all the bits of side parts of this world and the characters and continually am going WTF. I was originally thinking I was going to give 4.5 stars but considering I'm literally seeking out the universe following this, I can't not give it 5. Way to fucking go, woman....more

This is only my second book by this author, and I will for sure be checking out more. The progression of this one is fantastic, never gets slow and keeps your turning the pages. The characters are likeable and keep you rooting for them.

The characters were fantastic, well thought out with very different personalities. The darkness was epic, the violence, grittiness, just loved it. The main reason this lost a star for me is the last 15% or so dragged quite a bit and seemed unnecessary as far as story wrap up. Having said that, would highly recommend to anyone who loves gritty, dark and violent romances! Also, Diesel is everything <3 ...more

Umm. Well then. I wasn't totally sure what to expect with this one but extreme horror with a dark obsessive love story is about it. There was some head-hopping which I didn't like and a few parts where just too gross for me and I had to skim, but I will admit I read it in one sitting and was curious enough to want to finish it despite being grossed out, so I think it deserves a few stars for that. If you like extreme horror you'll like this....more
