This is an MMF new adult college romance between O'Neal, Auden, and Lennox. This is also a best friends brother romance. O'Neal has had a crush on her best friends brother, Auden, for years. They shared a moment and a kiss when she was still in high school and he was in college. Auden felt really guilty about how attracted he was to her. Their conversation inspired O'Neal to apply for a different school than the one her strict and controlling grandparents wanted her to attend.
She has led a very conservative and controlled life. Her mother had her when she was a teenager and was murdered when she attended college. There was mystery around what happened to her mother.
O'Neal decided to go to the same school as Auden, and he helped her move into the dorms with his roommate Lennox. They all start hanging out, and O'Neal wants Auden to teach her about sex. Things develop between her and Auden, but heat up even more when Lennox gets involved. Lennox is a free spirit who did not have the sheltered lifestyle Auden and O'Neal experienced growing up. I loved his character.
This book had some spicy sex scenes and some light Dom / sub action. I was very happy that this book didn't shy away from the relationship between the men. They had a deep connection and love for each other. There was an amazing solo MM scene as well.
The audiobook was great. The narrator, Samantha Summers, did an amazing job voicing all 3 characters. Although it had me lowering the volume in my headphones at work so no one would hear the sexy times.
The only thing that bothered me in this book was the side plot about her mother's murder. It just felt thrown in and out of place. It didn't really add anything to the story. I would rather have focused on their poly dynamic than have that storyline.

I loved how obsessed Sarge was with the h and was pining for her for years. Jasmine just got on my nerves. I felt their connection and chemistry, buy it was pretty surface level. They hooked up way too fast. Jasmine never looked at her best friends brother that way before, but he hits on her and she immediately goes for it...at least sexually. At least that's how it felt. Would have appreciated more build up and slow burn to show her feelings for him growing. This just felt surface level, when it could have been better with a longer book....more
