This book isn’t just an enemies-to-lovers romance—it’s a raw, deeply layered story about love, loss, and finding someone who truly sees you.
Lacey has always been the girl who came second—the afterthought, never the first choice, never the one someone fought for. On top of that, she’s been raising her younger siblings alone since their father’s death, carrying the weight of responsibility while the rest of the world moves on. She doesn’t have time for distractions—especially not cocky, and infuriating TJ, who challenges her in ways she never expected.
TJ has his own demons—family issues that have shaped him in ways he doesn’t like to admit. He hides behind his charm and confidence, but when it comes to Lacey, she sees through it. What starts as tension and rivalry slowly turns into something deeper, something real. Their chemistry is undeniable, but what truly makes this book special is the emotional depth. Watching TJ push past Lacey’s walls, prove to her that she’s not just an afterthought, and fight for her in a way no one ever has before? Absolutely breathtaking.
Sincerely, Your Enemy isn’t just a romance—it’s a story about resilience, healing, and choosing love even when it scares you. If you love an emotional, slow-burn romance with unforgettable characters, this book is a must-read. Eliah Greenwood has completely outdone herself!

The story follows Scarlett, who, after enduring unimaginable trauma, is rescued by Leo Alarie—the boy she once loved and who is now her protector. Their journey is both heartwarming and intense, showcasing themes of healing and unwavering support.
Leo's character stands out as the epitome of patience and devotion. His determination to help Scarlett heal, coupled with his willingness to confront any threat, adds depth to their relationship. The narrative is enriched by the Alarie family's dynamics, hinting at intriguing stories for the other siblings.
However, I found myself yearning for a more detailed backstory on Leo and Scarlett's past. Understanding their early connection would have added layers to their present relationship and made their bond even more compelling.
Despite this, Broken in the Dark is an engaging read that balances dark themes with the light of love and recovery. Ashley Elizabeth crafts a story that keeps readers invested, and I look forward to exploring more of her work.

This collection brings together three incredible romances that had me hooked from start to finish. Each story is filled with swoon-worthy moments, heartwarming friendships, and just the right amount of angst to keep things interesting.
The first book, Bad Boys Break Hearts, pulled me in right away with the childhood friends-to-enemies-to-lovers dynamic. The tension and chemistry were so well done—I couldn’t stop turning the pages! Then came Nice Guys Don’t Win, which had one of my favorite tropes: roommates-to-lovers. The slow burn and undeniable attraction made it impossible not to root for the couple. And Real Players Never Lose? Hands down my favorite! A fake dating romance with a plus-size heroine and a hero who falls first? Yes, please! It was refreshing, sweet, and full of feel-good moments.
Micalea Smeltzer has such an effortless writing style that makes you feel every emotion right along with the characters. The friendships, the banter, the romance—it’s all so well done. If you love college romances with heart and heat, this series is a must-read.
Five stars, and I highly recommend it!

Woods is a heartfelt, slow-burn romance that brings readers back into the world of the Tavares family. Set in the nostalgic late 1990s, it follows Belmira Tavares, a young woman torn between her overbearing mother’s expectations and her own desires. Raised in a close-knit Portuguese-American community, Belmira’s life is defined by rules—until one act of rebellion changes everything and entangles her with Felix Ferreira.
Woods captures the warmth and complexities of the Tavares family and their cultural traditions, making it feel like coming home to familiar characters and dynamics. The romance is angsty and beautifully paced, exploring themes of love, timing, and personal growth. The emotional depth is further enhanced by the realistic portrayal of mental health, adding a raw and relatable layer to the story.
For fans of A.L. Woods, this book is a wonderful way to reconnect with the Tavares family. If you enjoy stories with rich cultural roots, family drama, and a love story full of heart, “Safe Bet” is a must-read. It releases on 4th February 2025, and is a fantastic start to the “Final Offer” trilogy.

Liv, on what should be the happiest day of her life, wakes up seven years in the past, just days before her ex-boyfriend Kit mysteriously disappeared. Given this rare second chance, Liv must decide whether to try and save Kit, knowing it could change the life she has built in the present.
This novel is both heartwarming and thought-provoking, blending humour and emotion in a way that keeps you hooked. Liv’s journey is a poignant reminder of the power of love, the weight of regret, and the courage it takes to face the past. It’s a perfect read for anyone who has ever wondered, "What if?"

The cosmic soulmatism of it all kept me on the edge of my seat and my eyes riveted to my kindle the entire time. I read this entire book in one sitting, I simply started and then just couldn’t put it down. After spending one incredible night together Serena decides she’s not ready for any sort of relationship and sabotages any romantic connection she had with Henry. However, everything does not go as planned due to an unforeseen occurrence in which they both awaken in each other's bodies.
I laughed out loud multiple times due to all the shenanigans within this story. This was a perfect romantic comedy and I loved the banter, love, and loyalty between Serena and Henry. Serena was strong, sassy and knew what she wanted… before love, something she had never wanted or expected hit her hard. Henry was truly one of the most sweetest, caring and loving mmc I have ever read, he always followed his heart, no matter how much it hurt him in the process.
Everyone need to read this excellent addicting book.

After a difficult divorce, single mother Sammy decides she needs a new beginning and moves closer to her sister. Not expecting to meet anyone, she is surprised to find not one but two men who pique her interest. But when you're torn between a wealthy businessman who doesn't hesitate and knows exactly what he wants and an intriguing bachelor doctor who's as dreamy as you could imagine, things can get a bit confusing.

What an incredible fmc, Laine Summers was. A survivor turned femme fatale, how could you even ask for more?? She was written beautifully.
Now our mmc Jaxon Clemont had me on the floor; he was dangerous, sexy, and so messed up that I had to re-read parts of this book because I was so taken with him.
Mallory Fox is a new author to me, and she did not let me down. I will definitely read her previous works because I was left with such a book hangover after reading this one.

When she gets a new student, Hope, a beautiful shy little girl, she worries immediately for her well-being and asks to speak with the girl's guardian, who she discovers is her uncle, an MC club member. Although Alexis is utterly enamoured with Ford, who is unlike any man she has ever met, she finds it difficult to trust men because of her traumatic past and present.
An emotional, angst-filled love story develops between Alexis and Ford from what begins as a helping hand to try and give Hope greater possibilities. I was genuinely moved by their affection for Hope in this story, and I also adored the love that was shared amongst them. Even though Alexis had a dark and horrific journey along the way, I'm so happy she was able to escape the terrible situation she was in and meet someone who genuinely loved her. What a great story. My only criticism is that I wish the book was slightly longer.

So I'd never read anything by Jessica Peterson before, so I went in blind and came out her biggest fan. I loved the backstory of Lu and Riley's teenage relationship and how their families (particularly Lu's) got in the way of them genuinely being able to be together, and then you have them in the present day, finally meeting again after 10 years and all the emotional pull and drama that comes with it.
This fast-paced, will-they-won't-they story will keep you flipping pages as you discover why the two people who are perfect for each other broke up ten years ago and strive to overcome all the barriers of them being together now. As I read this novel, so many emotions went through me, it was hard to keep up with them.
Have I persuaded you yet? Whether you're a fan or new to this author, this book will show you that second chances are one of the best romance tropes when done effectively, which Jessica certainly did.

I loved Gigi Graham so much. She plays hockey like her father, but she's also endearing, funny, and her character is easy to fall in love with. She and Ryder's relationship got off to such a rough start, but it was fantastic to witness them grow throughout the course of the book. It was quite the journey, but it was well worth it. When she comes across a job that is about to change her entire world, and it immerses us readers in a heart-wrenching, breathtaking love story that will leave you in tears and remind you that there's always a second chance at life and love.
Extreme sport athlete Noah Lake was a globetrotting adventurer who wrote for a magazine about his travels and feats. After a cliff dive left him blind, he is now a shell of the man he once was and pushes everyone away as he works through his pain, but then he meets Charlotte, who completely transforms his life.
Throughout the entire novel, my heart was in my throat. Very beautiful writing with outstanding storytelling. The love and connection flowed effortlessly from the page to me. This book wasn't one I wanted to end. I sobbed a lot during it all.

Lulu was devastated to learn that her father intended to sell her off at a crucial meeting, but things didn't go exactly as planned, and she ended up caught in the crossfire and in the arms of Gio, the brother of the man her father had originally intended to sell her to.
The back and forth between these two was fantastic. Lulu could handle everything thrown at her since she was feisty and tough. Gio was reserved, devoted, and consumed by his family's business. It was fascinating to see how Lulu grew on Gio and how he fell in love with her. This book features everything—enemies to lovers, forced proximity, and an inside view of the mafia world.

I'd been anticipating Tempest and Ledger's story since we first met them in the St Mary's series, and this utterly mind-blowing electably turbulent and stormy story was well worth the wait.

The chemistry, banter, and longing between them was everything, and Ledger's unhingedness made the whole thing so compelling and addictive. How am I going to get over this couple or this book? I honestly don't know. But I do know that I'm waiting for the next book in this series with bated breath.

It was exceptional to read the story of the swoonworthy Dante and the broken but beautiful Saylor. The writing was outstanding and I actually felt like I was in the story with these two. Dante's love for Saylor made my heart melt, and watching Saylor overcome her mental health struggles and character growth was so beautifully written; this author truly understands how to represent mental health and the struggles and pressures it can put on ourselves and the people we love.
This is a story I will remember for a long time and will be adding to my re-read list. Even the side characters were interesting, and the relationships in this novel, from familial to romantic love was so incredibly moving. This is a book that everyone should read at least once.

But it all comes crashing down when she discovers that he isn’t the guy who disappears into the night afterwards instead he’s her brand new arch nemesis, the irresistible Shane Madrigal, who is not only an underground fighter but also her mother's new fiancé’s son.
The sexual tension was scorching, the angst, banter, and deep seated emotional depth was beautifully written, and even though Shane came across as a difficult man to crack, I fell in love with his character as the story progressed. Jolie was such an enjoyable character to watch grow in confidence and take ownership of what she wanted. Jaine Diamond certainly knows how to write an explosive enemies-with-benefits romance that is so gripping that I would recommend it to anyone. Despite being the fourth novel in the Vancity Villains series, it may be read as a standalone.

Ten years ago, six strangers came to Paris and end up living together for a work-study program. They were allowed free room and board in exchange for working in Nanine’s restaurant. They all became best friends, but after the year ended they all went back to their regular lives back in the states. Now, in a time of great need, Nanine has called them all back to Paris.
This book has a The Breakfast Club meets Friends meets Emily in Paris vibe that melted my heart and made me nostalgic for my own past friendships. This was a story about friendship, family, and a little romance thrown in for good measure.
