This is s beautiful story about Venus and Vulcan (nicknames) the nurse and the firefighter’s love story. One of those where he falls first, and hard. She is scared to love him back. And where love isn’t enough and a traumatic past keeps her from loving fully, until it’s almost too late.

Sabrina is Ravens bestie and comes back into her life when Raven finds all of her men. Sabrina is also a patient of Damon's and is in on going treatment with him. Her past trauma and her drama with her new Mobster husband and her bodyguard Parker will all spill into the influence off Raven and her men's story.
Sabrina is forced to marry Maxim, the mobster boss with a bad reputation and their tendency scam of a marriage unfolds it is so well written and played out between them. I loved the banter and the way Maxim quickly realises how he feels about her. But Sabrina who’s had a crush on her bodyguard and a former soldier, southern statue of a man, she is confused by how he reacts to her being married to Maxim, and its not at all what you'd think.
These three almost seamlessly slide into a ménage à trois when the men agree the best way to care for and protect Sabrina from her trauma is by alining both their passion for her, and also F her at the same time.
This is just as spicy as Ruby's other books but again with such a great balance of giving all the charters a great back story so there's both smut (that will cinche your eye brows off while reading ...more
Nordika is really pulling out all the stops in this new series. I didn’t think I could love book two as much as I did book one, but here we are. I absNordika is really pulling out all the stops in this new series. I didn’t think I could love book two as much as I did book one, but here we are. I absolutely freaking LOVED it! Soren aka Ghost and Killian aka Riot are both broken boys and while Ghost is chasing the family curse and death, Killian is trying to handle him and the curse and by doing so something shifts between them, and they find themselves in a volatile relationship of - hate you so much I want all of you - that has their rivalry heighten, as well as their passion for each other. But even their soft moments together were so perfect. Absolutely grossly perfect together :)
The plot continues and builds, and this story takes some turns. It is so exciting and definatly going to be one of the best dark MM series on my short list of favourites!
Just in case ;)
It is well written, easy to follow and the characters are all not hard to love even if they are unhinged and broken ...more
Another beautiful story by Rebecca. I absolutely love her writing and the depth of her characters.
I loved Tyler and Isaac as individuals and togetherAnother beautiful story by Rebecca. I absolutely love her writing and the depth of her characters.
I loved Tyler and Isaac as individuals and together. This is a great opposites attract MM story that touches on so many deep and emotional issues.
Isaac, the self made MMA fighter who sacrifices a lot to keep the people he loves protected. And Tyler, the nerdy rich kid who is inexperienced but eager to let Isaac not only take his vCard but also let himself fall for the rough looking fighter whom he feels safe and instantly understood by.
Together they go through an emotional range of issues both of them have been fighting with and they find a way to be there for each other even with the people around them trying to tear them apart.
This is Instalove at its best. It does not hurt that Rebecca writes sweet sweet erotica, not just spice. It’s so well done. And I can’t get enough of it....more
Forced to marry the head of the church, 18 year old Violet wants to run away from her life. Her older brother⚠️CHECK TRIGGERS, THEN CHECK THEM AGAIN⚠️
Forced to marry the head of the church, 18 year old Violet wants to run away from her life. Her older brother Theo is the only one in her family who truly cares for her and tries to console her on her wedding day. And out of the goodness of his heart, big bro bends her over a railing, so the nasty piece of shit she is forced to marry won't be the first to take her v-card :)
And, que the unhinged crazy psychotic chaos of this book, as Violet is being used and abused solely to be a breeding machine for the Church leader. Who also lets his closets church members use her.
We learn Theo and his uncle are part of an organisation working against his dads and the church vile business's together an secretly starts an undercover operation to get Violet out, as he realises his feelings are more then brother / sister and he must have her to himself.
This was not only taboo and unhinged but very violent, so if you are squeamish and you are not familiar with Hazels writing you might want to skip this one. But for my fellow taboo and unhinged dark romance readers, this is very well done. Thrilling and uncomfortable to read tbh.
Also, this book is a duet and ends on a cliffhanger. Book two yet to be announced :)...more
Another great story in Rebecca's Forbidden Goals series. I love Becca's writing and her ability to create likeable, broken and soulful boys.
Wrap ArounAnother great story in Rebecca's Forbidden Goals series. I love Becca's writing and her ability to create likeable, broken and soulful boys.
Wrap Around is an emotional second-chance romance between Silas and Gideon. They were childhood best friends who became complete strangers, now forced to play on the same NHL team.
This book is another home run with great tropes and a beautiful but dramatic story to go along with them. Hockey teammates, best friends to enemies to lovers, forced proximity, second chance, brothers-in-law, all the hurt/comfort and secrets.
Robbie and Ant. What can I say about these two idiots… for each other! I say this with a big smile on my face because how can you not fall in love witRobbie and Ant. What can I say about these two idiots… for each other! I say this with a big smile on my face because how can you not fall in love with these two.
Ant and Robbie are rivals but on the same team and now they are forced to room together till they sort it out. And boy do they ever!
The banter, the inner dialog, the awkward interaction had me laughing out loud. It was so well done.
Jesse created two very different but equally as needy for each other characters and then had them make out in the most awkward hot way. I don’t know how she did it but it was hot and hilarious at the same time. Wow lol!
Robbie McGuire is s golden retriever with his mind made up about Ant Decker. And Ant is not going to go there with Robbie but somehow keeps going there. He likes to talk dirty to Robbie and call him princess and baby girl. Which is just weird to him. And frankly us too :)
This was fun and well done and I had a blast reading it ...more
Yes! I totally enjoy this dark twisted secrete society of masked men. And the vile things they do.
“The Vile Boys have a calling card. Everyone aroundYes! I totally enjoy this dark twisted secrete society of masked men. And the vile things they do.
“The Vile Boys have a calling card. Everyone around town knows it, but now that I’m staring at it, seeing the purple that marks it from him, I’m hesitant to flip it over. The symbol is always the same. The skeletal system of a torso. Ribs, a spine, the pelvic bone. It’s the splashes of colour that differ. Ten colours, and although I’ve never seen a purple one around town, I know I’m about to become vividly familiar with the bright shade.”
I honestly didn’t know what to expect but I was captivated and by chapter 3 I couldn’t put it down. So many interesting things going on here and the world building was amazing. Morons is a dark and haunting town. The 10 Vile boys rule the town and somehow the residents accept all the crazy thing me that go on there. Death and destruction and some weird cults each with a different purpose and belief system. It is all very fascinating.
This book is about out boys, Remile and Krypt and they are seriously both sick, and even sicker together. And that my friends is something. Both have had hard lives and non of them deal with live very well. Krypt is a vile boy and can let his dark demons out. But sweet Remi is haunted by a family curse and strikes a bargain with the Vile House. Their Sick Bargin becomes an obsessive, possessive, torturing and toxic relationship, where they end up saving each other.
“I might be clingy, but he’s clingier, so fuck it. We know it’s not healthy, and we’re okay being sick.”
There’s a lot going on all the time, so you’ll never be bored and every turn of the story will intrigue you and want to find out what happens next.
There’s an ongoing plot through out the series so you won’t get all the answers in the first book and I for one cannot wait to read all eight of them.
I already have favorites and can’t wait to read their stories....more

This is written like a slow strip tease. I kid you not… Sensual, warm and something you can’t keep your eyes off
This is the steamiest book of Jen’s to date. Steamy but at the same time so sweet because Jen writes the sweetest characters and for once this is low angst. As low as Jen can manage that is. Even if Jen says this isn’t as deep as her other books, it still has heart and heartbreak. Most importantly it still feels like Jen. And Jen can write!!!
Asher and Reece are childhood friend and each others first love. Hopelessly in love at seventeen. Circumstance, loss and heartbreak separate them and after a decade Reece reaches out to Asher who is now married to Sawyer, for support. Their marriage is beautiful with no decorum between them. When Sawyer finds himself immediately attracted to sweet Reece, and Asher still hasn’t forgotten how strongly he feels about Reece, they invite him into their marriages
These three are perfect together. The amount of understanding, love and passion between them is just beautiful and so seamless. And man does it steam up *fans self* ...more
