The relationship dynamic was more found family and hurt/comfort, which is great if that’s what you’re in the mood for.
There were plenty of instances of them caring for her after a terrible nightmares about her family’s murder.
I’ll read the rest of the series and hope for more spice. And cross my fingers for a POV from one or more of the brothers.
Also, fair warning for my fellow forensic files, true crime friends; you will need some suspension of disbelief because plenty happens in this story that would not fly for what I assume would truly be needed for someone in witness protection....more

This book ends on a cliffhanger and we don’t have the best opinion of the alpha dat the end but that means we get them groveling on their knees in book 2!

The steam is sparse and we don’t get to understand a lot of each character’s background and motivations since so much is happening and the POV keeps switching but it’s an entertaining enough listen....more
