“They've loved each other in a thousand lifetimes. They've killed each other in every one”
We follow Evelyn who is reborn over and over again. Only to “They've loved each other in a thousand lifetimes. They've killed each other in every one”
We follow Evelyn who is reborn over and over again. Only to be killed each time by Arden—her soulmate, her home, her true love... and also her executioner. They are bound together by fate, cursed to find each other in every reincarnation, with one always taking the other’s life before they turn 18. Can she break their curse this time? Can she stop herself from loving him? Will she be able to stay in this life and save her sister?
The book was slow, but I still loved it. In this book, there were many emotions, such as love, grief, and yearning. The book was like a love song. I loved that the book show that love has no gender. It’s like soul deep love. I loved that we get glimpses of their past life. Living their lives and their endings over and over again requires a lot of strength. Personally, I would have gone crazy at some point. I loved the writing and the poem here and there. They weren’t there for nothing.
“Do you understand that? That I would lay my body over yours, war after war, life after life after life.”
Between the two characters, Arden is the one I loved the most. I wanted more POV from him! I loved the mystery surrounding him and how deeply he loved Evelyn, ready to be the villain for her. My heart ached for him, I felt like he was the one who suffered the most in their relationship. Evelyn is pure love. In every life, she can stop loving her family even if she knows she will have to leave them.
“I love you, and I have loved you, and I will love you.”

Did I fall for a new mafia man before the end of the year? Yes, I did! Mila Finelli know how to write a mafia romance. The storyline, the chemistry between them, the twists had me hooked the entire story. I mean, Italien man written by Mila Finelli are next level!
I loved Valentina from the beginning. She knows hard work and doesn’t take everything for granted. What makes the book stand out and make me love her even more, it’s that she stands her ground with Luca and especially when it concerns her chicken Parmesan. ...more

Kendall has found a job as a linguist at Harbour Point SEAL base. It is supposed to be a fresh start, a way to give herself a purpose and forget her grief and what has become her shotgun marriage. She didn’t expect to rekindle with an old friend who made her question herself. He is light in her dull life and maybe the salvation she needs.
We follow the journey of Kendall in her grief, not only losing her child but also herself and the life she built around it. The book was beautiful. I loved reading it. I loved how the author brought up the topic of grief, showing how everyone deals with it. There are different griefs, and everyone has their own pace for grieving. I also loved that the military part was in the second plan. It was the base of Kendall and Leo's relationship. Their interactions were cute and funny. He is there for her but only has a friend at the beginning. He followed the code to never touch the wife of someone else. Their friendship is what she needs. He understood her grief but still told her the hard truth.
Finally, without writing a spoiler, there is no cheating. Do not worry.

Wow, this book took me by surprise. The author gives you joy and laughs to crush you violently and give you hope again. It was a rollercoaster of emotion. (a lot of tears) K. A. Knight has the ability to craft such vibrant settings and gripping storylines, and this book is no exception. I love it so much.
Her characters have so many layers. I loved them. Freya is a force of nature, but she has a kind heart, especially for the monsters. Her coven doesn’t deserve her and she still helps them. Adder, Phrixius, and Sha are the three men/monsters fate has decided to connect to Freya.
Adder, a demon, is hilarious and I loved his banter with the other. He will always be there for her, no matter what happens. *swoon* Phrixius, god of magic, had me in a chokehold. I loved his development, becoming himself, more than a god. He is both sweet and kinky, which is not what I expected. He is the one that makes me cry the most. His quotes are beautiful. Sha, I just want to hug him. They are all so different, yet when it comes to their little witch they are dark and deliciously unhinged in the best kind of way.
I highly recommend reading this book. It was spicy, witchy, witty, and funny, I could just keep going.

Two weeks, that’s what they give each other. Can it be only a vacation fling? Is there a guide to not falling for someone who doesn’t believe in forever?
This was a sweet read. I loved it! The balance of humor and romance was perfect. Everything Emmett did was perfect, a literally green flag! He thinks about everything, even the smallest things. He definitely didn't think about meeting someone like Stella. I loved how her confidence grew as the book progressed. She deserves the best. Their interaction was so lovely. They have an amazing chemistry.
Special mention to her family, they are hilarious! Thank you to the author for making me smile with your book, much needed with my studies.

There are only two rules to the game. Stay alive. And don’t fall in love.
What a wild ride! Phantasma was a fascinating, intriguing, and dangerous fast-paced gothic romance. You are transported to an alternative version of New Orleans where the paranormal and humans live among each other. I was mesmerized and hooked from the beginning.
It was my first time reading Kaylie Smith. We end up trapped inside the wall of a mysterious manor full of secrets where a deadly and bloody competition is being held. You must either survive, negotiate, forfeit, or die. I loved the idea behind the different trials of the competition. Each trial is inspired by one of the 9 circles of Hell. I loved the riddle and the story behind Phantasma.
I loved each character Kaylie created. I loved Ophelia. She is fierce, stubborn, and ready to do anything to save her sister. She also makes Blackwell beg perfectly. I love her character development. Interestingly, Phantasma aids her in escaping the pressure of her family's Necromancer past. OMG, Blackwell’s character was devilishly handsome and mysterious. He is now one of my favorite morally gray MMCs. I loved when he said, «Who did this to you? ». I loved that Ophelia (Necromancer) and Blackwell (Phantom) make an unexpected duo. I loved how their relationship developed. Some scenes were really hot between them. I never thought I would be turned on during a scene with a rain of blood.
It was a well-crafted book where the romance/spice and the plot were well-balanced. It made me laugh, squeal and cry. I still think about it after closing the page. It is one of my favorites of the year.

Kiara is now alone without family. She is a genius with language, but knows nothing of the real world. Till she finds herself thrust into a world of danger, after helping the Italian mafia Don Milo Di Vaio. In exchange for her security, she becomes his translator and travels across Europe. Tension rises and secrets are revealed, can love outweigh loyalty?
I loved Kiara, the FMC, in the first chapters. She is outspoken and I laugh so much at how this left Milo speechless. I loved that she goes for what she wants. She is a polyglot, which is a nice touch. However, I wish we could read it more in the context of mafia business rather than when she overhears. When she started acting like the mafia queen she was, I was obsessed. Milo, what can I say other than I loved him and his grumpy face. I loved that he was only soft with her. This broken man fell first and hard, I loved it! Together, they are explosive. There is a lot of heat involved in the sex scenes.
OMG, I absolutely devour this book! If you have watched Twister with Glen Powell and you searching for your own sexy cowboy storm chaser, this is for OMG, I absolutely devour this book! If you have watched Twister with Glen Powell and you searching for your own sexy cowboy storm chaser, this is for you!
I loved every part of this second chance romance. You will fall in love with the main characters so fast. I did. Delilah Holloway is stubborn, sassy and I loved how passionate she is about photography. Even if she is scared of chasing storms, she kept following Hunter. I loved how she wanted to show the world who is the real Hunter no matter if he is convinced no one wants that. Hunter is what the world needs more! I loved all of him from his filthy mouth, praise, and hand necklace to his caring side. I loved both POVs, we can read how they affect each other. I loved their banter and the tension between them. They may have run from each other, but they find their way back. His nickname for her made me melt: firefly.
My favorite moments were those where they are vulnerable to each other like Hunter taking care of Delilah after facing her first tornado since the last incident. A. Winchester knows how to write love's story that gets you emotional. She made me cry in almost all her books and Chasing Wilde isn’t an exception.
PS: I will never see a step stool the same way after this book. Thank you, Addie.

Evan Shaw wanted to be a photographer and Pine Valley is the place to go to make it happen. He didn’t expect to be enrolled in a secret society with a dark history neither falling for the grumpy brother of one of his classmates. What matters the most for Alek, it’s only his family, not love or his dream. He didn’t expect to meet Evan who push his buttons. Love is blooming, but death is at their door when death students start showing up. Can they find the truth before no hope or love is left?
K. A. Knight did it again. She made me fall with another of her books. The plot twist surrounding the murder left me speechless. I didn’t expect to cry, but I got attached to the main and secondary characters so much.
Evan doesn’t hide his sexuality and goes after his dream. I loved that and that he doesn’t push Alek with his struggle with his sexuality. He is there for him. His sass was hilarious especially when he teased Alek. God, this grumpy man, I wanted to hug him and tell him, «You can be yourself, no one will judge you for who you will love». I loved how Alek just wanted the best for his little sister. I love his POV, his growth, and his healing. He may be over-possessive with Evan, but it was so hot! Together, they are fire. They made each other better.

The same one who has her under a spell since he gives her roses for her birthday. She shouldn’t have a crush on him. He is off-limit, but on her twenty-first birthday, something changes.
I find a new romance to be obsessed over! It was my first time reading L. A. Ferro, and the book was so perfectly written. Each word she puts in this book completely draws you in.
I loved the angst at the beginning. I loved the slow burn with will they/won’t they. I loved their shared trauma since she lost a father, but he also lost his best friend. I loved reading Everett's POV. His inner conflict of Everett paired with his passion for caring for everyone no matter what sacrifice he had to make. I loved that Cameron isn’t ready to please and accept whatever he say. She isn’t shy to call his bullshit but accepts his need to care for everyone. I think my favorite moments were the office scenes and the moment Everett decided she wasn’t a secret anymore and showed it in front of everyone with his jersey. I swooned and squealed so much!
I was surprised about the suspense plot. I didn’t expect it, but I loved it. It gives another dimension to the story: the romance, the characters and the intrigue surround Cameron’s dad's death.
If you love small town, sports romance with a taboo forbidden romance and a suspense twist, I highly recommend this book!

Her boyfriend, Nick the private investigator doesn’t want to take the job, but his business partner doesn’t give him the chance. Will they find the culprit before the bad karma of her ex comes to them and their friends.
The Body in the Backyard is the fourth book in Riley Thorn series by Lucy Score. The book is full of shenanigans, intrigue, and sweet moments. I love my reading and want more.
The first book may have been my favorite of the series, but the shenanigan is next level in this book. I laughed out loud so many times. You will love the elders, especially Mrs. Penny. They lack understanding of personal space, and they always go off plan. Nick is discouraged since he thought moving into another house would leave him more intimate time with Riley. Wrong! I loved how Nick is obsessed with Riley and makes or tries to keep her safe during the investigation. His reaction to the dress she wears to the black-tie masquerade gala was priceless. Lucy Score creates a man that could be real. Nick is perfect with his flaws. I loved that Riley grew confident in her gift with each book. I loved all of her. I loved how their relationship evolved within this chaos.
Once you start reading about them, you will want to binge the series.
PS: Please Lucy, I want more of Weber and Jasmine! The tension between them is perfect and so hilarious.

A series of events lead Ember to meet The Cirque and 4 men who will help her get rid of her nightmares. But first, she must decide if she wants to live or die. Hunt or be hunted. Survive or thrive. But the Cirque demands payment, will she be willing to pay?
I was given the amazing opportunity to get an arc of CIRQUE OBSCURUM by @katieknightauthor and @kendramorenoauthor, thanks to Katie PA. I absolutely devoured this book. I could not put it down even if there was one scene I wanted to skip.
Ember, what an amazing character the two authors have created! Her character development is like I never read before. She grows from a victim to a total Queen worshiped by four men. I loved her need for justice when innocents are touched. I loved how she learned about herself while healing physically and mentally. It must not be easy in the ’50s where women’s rights were nonexistent.
The men of the Cirque, you are not ready for them, not ready to be addicted to them. Diamond, Club, Spade and Heart are unique. Each of them had a journey that led them to where they are now in the Cirque. It was fascinating to read. They are not Ember’s knights in shining armor, they are darkness that helps her find her own way, her own revenge. They always give her the choice. Heart is my favorite. I loved his dark humor.
Let's not forget the Cirque, which is an entity of its own. She was really intriguing. I wanted to know more about her. How she was created and the call she gave to Ember and her men. I loved those strange calls that led them to people who needed them. Without those calls, Ember would still be trapped in her own nightmares.
Although they are treated as freaks, and monsters, are they truly that?
PS: Katie and Kendra, I will never see a sledgehammer the same way.

The third time, I am told he will be my husband. Every time we meet after that, I question if he will be my enemy or my lover.
This is my second time reading Alta Hensley and this time, it is a why choose/polyamorous/open relationship and I really love it. There is something about the primal kink with consent that turns me on in this book.
Braken is an alpha hole, billionaire, possessive with a dark vibe. What can we ask more to be obsessed over him? I don’t know. He meets Fiora during the Hunt. She taunts him and stands her foot in front of him. She wants the hunt. She craves it, just like him. He never met someone like Fiora. I absolutely loved their enemies-to-lovers relationship. They are from rival families, but they can’t keep their hands or mouths for themselves.
Two isn’t why choose, you will tell me, wait till you meet Merrick and Soren. They are so cute together. Their dynamic is dark cozy. They gradually joined Braken and Fiora's relationship. The group scene was hot AF. Fiora watching Merrick, Soren and Braken make out.
