Alex and King had explossecond chance but make it between rival spies??? the mortal peril and the “you came, you called” moment was soooooo good ugh.
Alex and King had explosive chemistry even when they were busy hating each other. The plot in this one was so twisty I didn’t see anything coming. I also loved the dual timeline (even if I got a lil confused, it’s fine) and watched them meet, realize they hated each other, and fought against falling for each other every step of the way.
This series is so incredibly fun and I love that both sisters wake up with amnesia and need to figure out what’s going on.

But unfortunately this one didn’t hit for me entirely.
What did work was the chronic illness rep and the journey of finding your place and growing in yourself, from Esra’s perspective. But she really needed to grow on me. I had a lot of trouble connecting with her in the beginning. Noah was grumpy but also caring and attentive.
My main problem with this was the lack of plot and character development. I really love when romance books have both characters grow in themselves and well as show the unconditional love grow within and as a couple. I unfortunately didn’t feel either of these things were present reading this.
Thank you Dell romance for the opportunity to read this early in exchange for an honest review....more
new fav world unlocked!!!!! i loved this one (more than the archangels series, even though I only read two books in that one.)
sascha is a psy, an emotnew fav world unlocked!!!!! i loved this one (more than the archangels series, even though I only read two books in that one.)
sascha is a psy, an emotionless being with psychic powers. except she does feel and she does have sensations, which is a death sentence for her. when she’s tasked to work with lucas, a panther changeling, the two of them can’t help but give into their undeniable connection. even if it’s at the risk of sascha’s life.
WOWEEEE this world is so fun. there are mates, telepathy/mind speaking, dream walking, blood oaths, pack politics, and literally everything else that makes a fantasy romance so addicting. lucas is obsessive and protective and i love him. sascha is so strong and such a perfect fmc idk how i’m gonna move on from them ...more

Josie and Ryan are battling it out to see who can make more sales to keep their bookstore open by the end of the summer. But they actually have a deeper connection than either of them know as they’re secret pen pals. The shenanigans that ensue during their summer sales completion was so much fun to read! I also loved the text exchanges they had. Ryan was down bad for Josie and I loved watching him get flustered.
I do wish that Josie had a bit more trust and compassion in the third act, but it was needed for the two of them to come back together.

Silvercloak is a true enemies-to-lovers with mages, hidden identities, secrets and real life or death situatiThe last line of this book was so JUICY.
Silvercloak is a true enemies-to-lovers with mages, hidden identities, secrets and real life or death situations.
Saff is undercover for the Silvercloaks, a detective within the Bloodcloaks ranks. She’s trying to avenge her parents while also gaining intel for her superiors. But she didn’t count on Lavan, the kingpin’s son and the prophesy intertwining the two of them for a decade.
The tension, angst, and world building were all there for me. The magic system was rich and really intriguing. I thought Saff was a little bullheaded and stubborn, but I guess that’s part of her charm. Lavan was mysterious, broken, and a literal villain. Their tension, banter, and slow burn relationship development had me hanging on every word.
I did find the plot a bit slow. There are high moments of action, but the actual plot movement was a bit tedious. I still was invested in the story had a great time though!
when mollie inherits her deceased & estranged father’s ranch, she runs into cash, the foreman who has been running things.cash & mollie were so cute!
when mollie inherits her deceased & estranged father’s ranch, she runs into cash, the foreman who has been running things. the two of them hate each other on sight and the tension was absolutely delicious!! per her dad’s will, she has to stay on the ranch for one year to snag her inheritance. but she didn’t expect to fall in love with ranching or cash.
I loved this sm. the tension between the two of them was sizzling and had me so giddy. AND THE JEALOUSY SCENE. idc if i’m toxic but give me a jealousy scene and I will eat it up every time. plus when it leads the two of them to finally acknowledge their feelings for each other? nomnomnom.
cash is a big acts of service guy but alsoooo a words of affirmation guy. it’s like he was written for me. every time he called mollie honey I actually melted. and the two of them can fucking communicate!!!!! and I appreciated it so much. given the trauma and shared grief the two of them had over the passing of mollie’s father, they really worked through their feelings and were there for each other every step of the way. and I loved that and them.

Give me cowboys and give me a city girl getting swept off her feet and I’m so there.
I was so excited for Danica’s cowboy era and I felt like the pop Give me cowboys and give me a city girl getting swept off her feet and I’m so there.
I was so excited for Danica’s cowboy era and I felt like the pop star twist was such a fun addition. The individual journey Avery went on was really powerful. I believed in her and wanted her to grow and find her place so bad. I loved watching her connect with her family and her roots.
However. I’m not down for a mean male main character. I love a grumpy lead but Lucas really felt more mean (especially!!! early on) that it made it hard for me to fall for him. And subsequently believing in their romance.
The grand gesture at the end was so cute. I just wish we had more emotional and relational development because it felt like they went from hating each other to making out real fast.

nisha’s contemporary debut had me giggling and kicking my feet. their hate to love, work nemesis to lovers dynamic was delicious. the reveal when we find out rafe is a softie FOR HER i was squealing. i loved the setting and work trip shenanigans so much.
this book tackles tough topics like workplace discrimination and i thought nisha handled it with such grace. i was fuming for trishara and rooting for her every step of the way.

I loveeeee marriage of convenience. add in their teasing and bullying and hatred of each other? the banter was top tier as it is in any of the vancouver storm books. this series truly is a forever favorite.
alexei falls sooooo hard for georgia. the groveling ON HIS KNEES for her. literally he’s like step on me I can take it. georgia is so strong and she’s probably my fav fmc of this series. I adore her while also being jealous of her shoe collection. did I mention the groveling???? bc god damn. she also has two bunnies named stephen and damon bc she’s a TVD girl and I loveddddd that.
I loved their individual journeys in this one!! they really had to figure themselves out and what they wanted while also falling in love with each other.
thank you so much dell romance for the gifted copy!!!!!

this was a delicious slow burn. I loved elara and I loved that we finally have an fmc who wields shadows!!!! she can also dreamwalk and cast illusions. her journey in this book made for such a captivating read. and to enzo. the cocky, rakish light prince.
