So we have Henley, Kasha and Lydia, 3 best friends attending the wedding of Kasha’s stepbrother, who also happens to be Lydia’s cheating ex!!! Throw into that mix a couple of hot sexy men, both from Kasha and Henley’s past and let hot stuff and the fun begin !!!!
OMG i loved these girls, bat shit crazy, full of fun and antics and determined to throw a spoke into this wedding. So you know right from the start this is going to be a week of bedlam! The guys are beyond dreamy and i loved that they were both genuine and not players (although i love players) They also contributed to the girls crazyness !! haha and Just wait till you meet Jill!! I really don’t want to give too much away, because each page of this book brings more tears of laughter and surprises ! It all starts when Kasha mistakenly enters Roman’s Bedroom, a guy from her past, although she doesn’t recognise him at first, she realises he’s someone she doesn’t like because he is close to her mother !!! But he’s changed, he’s hot, delish and dayum she can’t get enough of him. Then Henley bumps into her first love, Davis, and it seems that love is still there. Lucky for the girls, the guys don’t seem to mind their antics, and Roman definitely does not mind any of Kasha’s underwear mishaps, nor the bachelorette party mishaps, the doves or seagulls, the bachelor party nor does he run even when he meets her father !!!! and watch out for the porta potty !!!!
This book is written so well, i was literally crying with laughter, and i just couldn’t put it down. Each and every character was so likeable, i really want them to be my best friends !! Although this book will have you laughing from beginning to end, its also a beautiful love story or should i say stories! Both authors have written their parts so perfectly and seemlessly you can’t even tell who’s wrote which. Just fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride.

Now Troy is back in town and their animosity is still leading the way.. except its not !! I loved this book, it was every thing you want from romance and more!! Despite their teenage years they still have a little difficulty putting it behind them, yet they can't deny the chemistry between them, they start out trying to let the past go and at least be able to bear being in each others company, but their hearts had a totally different idea !!! I loved that they became friends and two people who respected each other, i loved that their emotions were on fire for each other and i love the whole vibe of this book!! Their honesty, their humour and it all combined to give us a couple that felt so real. Their own insecurities that shaped their youth and to an extent their future, they grew in so many ways !! I love this authors books and this one had definitely jumped into my favourites!! Pick it up and dive in, you will not regret meeting Troy and Aspyn !!!!!!...more

Although not happy about it, and not interested in dating anyone else, she decides to go on a blind date, might as well right? Her boyfriend is using the time to hook up with plenty of women. Her blind date becomes Max Yearwood, hot hockey star !! AND boy do they hit it off !! The chemistry !! He's definitely Mr Sex on Legs and he makes her feel alive !!!!! You really need to read this book, Georgia's growth is fabulous in this book, Her heart, mind and soul just glow !!!! Their fun banter, their emotional connection, couldn't hold back the love !! Their agreement is they part at the end of summer....... I love how Vi Keeland played this out, I couldn't put it down and i just fell in love with both Georgia and Max. Being a fly on the wall to their life had me in both tears and laughter, and definitely plenty of hot under the collar moments !! I WANTED MORE !!!! I wanted it all and that's what you get !!!...more

This book does end with a cliff hanger, but it's nicely done!! Eve has dealt with a horrendous past and is now trying to find a balance in her life. A life she has promised to keep free of complications of attachments to other people. Until 3 obnoxious brothers enter her school. They might be hot and god's gift to women, but the fact that one of them, namely Kit seems determined to give her a hard time, has you wondering right from the word go, what their game is, all is revealed!!!
Have to admit, at first i literally wanted to slap Kit silly! He really wasn't overly likeable, his attitude to Eve made me want to punch him, yet at the same time he really intrigued me. this book has angst and drama, mixed with keeping you puzzled bout these brothers. Not all is as it seems, and the more i got into this story the more i wanted to know. I loved the angst between Kit and Eve, and even though at times he seemed to be cruel, i could definitely get why she would fall for him. Their romance is one that will have you hooked and invested into, until Secrets, and lies bring issues of trust to the forefront. What i can say is, I loved it!! As you get to know these characters and their reasons you will just fall all the more !! I did mention it ending in a cliff hanger, and i can honestly say i cannot wait to dive into more !!!!

This being the follow up novel to this authors Debut Novel, Further to Fall, i was hoping i'd enjoy this book equally or more. It can be read as a standalone, but i'd recommend reading Further to Fall, as we meet some of the characters. Walker Cole is most definitely a man of your dreams. A man of the Law with grit, determination and always protective. Taylor is a young woman lost in the grief of losing her mum and not coping with moving on in life or letting go, the only way to protect her heart and emotions is to never get close to people when you can so easily lose them right? Needing time alone she seeks refuge in the small town of Sutter Lake, and this is where she meets the Cole family, through renting their cabin. Oh how i loved this family and their interactions, just like Taylor, it wasn't hard to feel involved with their ups and downs and fall for them! This author sure knows how to keep us on edge, both emotionally and mentally!! As friendships and relationships grow and Taylor and Walker come to terms with their own feelings, we are also perfectly drawn into the town and the strange happenings. Suspense and Mystery, romance, lust, friendships, i really couldn't put this book down. Taylor and Walker were so obviously made for each other, and it was addictive reading, seeing them go from two people avoiding commitment, to their learning to trust and let love happen. But amongst their beauty was mayhem, danger and edge of your seat suspense. I can honestly say.... "I DID NOT SEE THAT ENDING" my suspicions were definitely elsewhere!! Bravo!! Avery ripped Emmet’s heart to shreds in high school, as he was entering into his professional career in Ice Hockey. Now 4 years later with his heart still in pieces,they are thrown into a situation where they are forced to spend time together. I knew this book would be angsty, i knew emotions would flare and i knew it would have my emotions all over the place. The chemistry and love between Emmet and Avery roared out of the pages and yet at the same time the emotional damage their past had caused them leapt right into the mix from the word go. The push and pull, the love and hate, oh how i loved their animosity combined with their lust! I really wasn’t sure at some points if i really wanted them to be a couple. The author has done an amazing job of making you feel so invested in their outcome, to the point i wanted to physicaly slap some sense into them both and lock them into a room to force them to talk it out!! I definitely love this group of friends, but Emmet just about stole my heart, his heart so crushed, yet caring and goodness poured out of him despite the despicable people in his life. Avery is such a badass, dealing with and holding together all she’s had thrown at her. So yes its a second chance romance with a whole lot more inbetween the pages!! Throw in some weird friends, and traitorous relatives, and you know you have found a book that gives you all the romance and fantasty you need! When Lock and Ember collide and connect in the most unusual of circumstances, a beautiful love story begins. A love story that is fraught with danger, lies, coercion, violence and trauma. Omg what a ride, both of suspense and Heart melting romance combined. My emotions had no escape from the assault between tender sweet love to to cussing and rage at what both Ember and Lock had inflicted upon them. I almost felt i was right there fighting their battles right along side them!! With each twist that had me anxious to the point that it couldn't get worse, this author brings you right to the cliff edge !! I already loved these characters from the first two books, I met Lock in this book,an he left me in awe, his sweet and at times humorous romance of Ember in such circumstances just left me in a puddle. Now i can honestly say that I ADORE each and every one of them! This is a family that will stop at nothing when it comes to each others welfare. BRAVO !!!

Oh boy, this couple has me all kinds of hot under the collar. Fun, yet serious, hot yet cold, they really put you from the frying pan into the fire!! I adore Tyler, he's every girls dream with a side of alphaholeishness!! and all in the right proportions!! Paris is a girl that in many ways is still finding herself and her confidence. This story is told mostly in his POV and i loved getting to know his good and bad points. Beneath that cocky confident Exterior there is a sweet, caring sensitive man!! Although he has strong feelings for Kylie but knows that being with her isn't possible and she doesn't reciprocate his feelings, he decides to give the gorgeous women on the show a chance. Who knows he just might find love.. right? This author definitely gives us characters we just don't want to let go, and writes in a way that leaves you no choice but let them take residence in your heart. I both loved and Loathed Dax, The typical playboy rockstar, isn't gonna turn down the opportunity of sex with gorgeous women and he really doesn't mind that his antics are being filmed. I couldn't put this book down, with his antics and attempts at trying to fight his feelings for the one woman he shouldn't want, and due to his actions there were also many times i wanted to slap him even though he was also making me smile. Gavin having put back college in favour of exploring a music career, which you just know is going to be a huge success. He's charming, a voice to melt the hardest of hearts and a soul that just makes you want to belong right beside his. Gracyn was the kind of girl you want to be or to be your best friend. Sassy and strong, and the kind of girl that when she loves she doesn't do it by halfs!!! I loved this couple together. They both had their issues, and it's how they delt their way through them that had me hooked. There wasn't over dramatics, it all just felt so down to earth and real, that you really felt their anguish and every single emotion. If you love or have a soft spot for Rock Stars this is definitely a book you need to read and if you love EPIC love even more then grab it quick !!! ...more

Cora was left devastated in book 1, although we readers were in on the little secret!! This book is just as intense, just as captivating and just as addictive. Danger isn't left behind, but the twists that come in this second book blew me away !!!! Seriously? so freaking good! I can now stop pulling my hair out. Penn Walker is a man you will just melt for, even with his secrets. The drama and angst in this book will have your mind exhausted in the best possible way, because you just know this isn't a couple who will give in, this is a couple that will survive or die trying, and that's what had me so nervous !!! I knew i could'nt bear anything to happen to either Penn nor Cora. If ever a couple deserved so peace, love and hope in their lives, it's them. This is book and couple have both leapt right into my top duet reads this year. Aly Martinez most definitely has surpassed all my expectations and i cannot wait for more !!!!! ...more

Kara is clever, caring, open, determined to succeed and is on course to receive the fellowship she has worked towards. I loved their "No Drama" fall into their relationship. They were just two people who met, thinking it would only be a one night stand and it grew into so much more!! This part of the story i loved. Both were dealing with issues from their past and both never expected to find love, but they were beautifully embracing it !! It was great getting to catch up with the others from the team who we have got to know from Declan's story and enticing little tasters of what we can only hope is to come !! Emmet, Ford to name but two. Then came the drama, a drama that left me sagging a little and at this point i kind of felt that it didn't fit with their story so far. Having a relationship with someone at Uni, then finding out later, the your g/f is also your undergrad teacher, was just something i didn't feel justified their reactions. Surely all they had to do was say she couldn't take him because they were already known to each other and in a relationship. The uni would have made for alternative arrangement? So this part of the story sagged a little bit for me. What i did love though, was the both Heath and Kara dealt with tricky life issues, in such a positive way and i really felt their anguish emotionally !! The two main characters in this book, Penn and Cora will just blow you and your tender heart to smitherines. , I kid you not !!! Cora has been dealt enough lemons to keep the world going on lemonade, yet her strength of characters just floored me. This is a woman who will not alter the beautiful person she is inside for anyone or anything !! When life wants to break her she will keep breathing !!!! This is a heroine that will stay with you for a long time !!! I loved her heart and her soul. Penn is a man filled with rage and vengence, his story is heartbreaking, I MEAN REALLY HEARTBREAKING !!! This is a hero, that you will never forget!! I don't even need to mention he's hot because this man will have you at boiling point in 0-5 seconds !! This isn't a sweet love story, its unpredictable, it absolutely grips you and hauls you into their world with no apologies!! I can't even begin to go over the emotions a felt with this book but i can tell you, sobbed, I had palpitations, I just couldn't put this book down for a min!!! I am not even sure where to begin, oh what a tangled web of lies, truths, and mystery and addictive reading !! Olivia Fox (FBI Agent) Jaxon her partner, Neill her Husband and of course that ever present Cain, are all yet again brought to danger but this time by Neil and the most important thing to Olivia is to protect her son Mason, who is also Cain's son. Olivia has had romantic steamy episodes with each of these men and even now i'm totally unsure which of them is the most trust worthy. Do any of them truly love her? Or is it Olivia who is the one that has been ensnaring these men into her own web? This author is amazing at twisting your thoughts, and leaving you right back with your emotions leaping from one direction to the other. With the entanglements of this group, the lies that are revealed, the truths and the suspense, this book kept me riveted from beginning to end. What i can say is these people are the kind you will either love or hate and i'm right there with each one. How fickle i am, both loving and hating them with each little insight we get.. They are disfunctional on all levels yet you can't help but wish that just once something will come right without the curve balls and the lies that each has woven through the years. I can't recommend it highly enough, not only does it give you steamy romance, it will have you emotionally boggled for a long time to come. Well OMG was i wrong or what !!!!! If ever i was to be reminded not to judge a book by its cover, Samantha and Max just kicked my butt into place !!
Having survived a horrendous back ground, Samantha is now successfully working the Red Light District of Amsterdam. She keeps to herself, and enjoys the power she has over the tricks that are lured into her “Office” for a closed curtain on the window session. She gets off on the power she has over their pleasure. She is surviving and coping with life, having her emotions on lockdown determined never feel or show them again. Yes she has a chip on her shoulder, but the more i got to know her, the more I could empathise with everything she was feeling and thought. Max is a man just like all the rest, when he visits her room, but it soon becomes obvious, he’s different. This is a Love story and love isn’t always pretty or easy. Sometimes it just takes one person to reach you on that inner level where it counts. Just one person to help you regain parts of yourself that you thought were dead. One person to show you that even though you are living, that you actually aren’t. Their journey is painful at times, yet it gives so much hope, its uplifting yet it brings the tears !!

Two souls that unite in one battle. but can it end with a happy ever after? This author broke my heart, but how this book ends is the right way !! She has so many issues i found her difficult to like at the beginning. But she really did grow on me. Then there is her best friend Chris, her flamboyant gay best friend with no filter. So what happens when you're a loser in love, your best friend is desperately trying to match you up with other losers and you have just met the most gorgeous man in the world, who you suddenly find yourself with, on a luxurious island for a reality tv show !!! I really loved this book, the relationship between Rogue and Zoe just captured me right from the start. This wasn’t insta love, yes there was definitely instant attraction and Lust !!! This made for a steamy combustible read! One i couldn’t set down. Zoe’s reluctance to become involved in Biker Life, held her back, Rogue’s determination to see her overcome that fear just melted my heart. But this book is also so much more, my heart was, at times in bits. The Relationship with Rogue and his mother just had me in tears with his devotion. His mother had me in both tears and laughter. What i did want, was to shove Zoe out of the way and claim that man myself !!!! He really is the perfect Bad Boy with the biggest of Hearts. I really liked Zoe, she was a girl that was just so real and down to earth, she could be any one of us and i found my self really rooting for her. When Zoe is put in an impossible situation my heart twisted, and i knew this was something that would possibly destroy them both, their life would be changed and I really hoped they would survive it!! This biker and his biker family will have you hooked, the kind of family we would all love and want! I can’t wait for more from this author, Super Writing and brilliant story telling !!!...more
