More grounded in logic than I am Pilgrim in the first half and I thought it would follow through in the same consistency. Too much swearing from almost every character and the overuse of the word gloomy slightly dampened the narrative. The second half turned into a science fiction story cross between Terminator and a dystopian zombie theme - a big cross genre shift. I still found it interesting enough to finish albeit took me a bit longer....more
