Very exciting, action filled ending interrupted by some random music which took me out of the zone. I also felt like this was, at least in part written with the big screen in mind as most of Nicholas Sparks books get made into movies and now he writes with that in mind. This would make a good movie though. LOL. ...more

Narrated by Andi Arndt & Zachary Webber, no complaints there. The romance here is basic; some flirty realizations, a kiss, one date, some sexy time and that's basically the whole story. No angst involved.
I suppose this would've worked much better for me if I'd read the rest of the series as this appears to be the last book in it and almost half the story here is taken up with other couples as well as several chapters towards the end where we lose our H/h POV's completely to characters I don't know or care about. Oh well my own fault. ...more
