Wilted Orchid is part of the Mafia Wars series. A Dark, seductive book with a multi-faceted story.

Valentina is a sheltered Mafia princess. Closeted from the Mafia lifestyle her father and brothers live. So when she finds out that she is part of a treaty to be married off to Salvatore. Born enemies. She is so out of depth with him and his twin brothers - Armani & Fausto. Her life made more difficult with how she was treated by Salvatore. With contempt, hostility and genuine hatred. His whole attitude (even if he thought he was justified) was just harsh & unnecessary I thought. Valentina was just so sweet and trusting I just wanted to hug her with everything she went through in this book. Her dynamic with Armani and Fausto made a nicer distraction from all of that.

I've yet to read a book in the Mafia Wars series that I haven't liked and this book is no different. It's not a easy read in places but it's a brilliant one
