Another great addition to the Fated over Forty series. This is a standalone, but does feature some characters from previous books. Loved meeting Tricia – a strong single woman who has upended her life to live and work at the pumpkin farm she inherited from her aunt. Her first glimpse of her next- door neighbour Duke is, ahem, interesting! The attraction between them is well written, as are the seeming barriers to them being together. Added to the mix is an ancient family feud which brings an edge of danger to proceedings. Thoroughly enjoyable read.
