A sweet, short novella and a charming intro to a new series from Craig! I really enjoyed that this was about two characters who skew slightly older as well — a refreshing change of pace from other historicals — and wouldn’t have minded if as a longer story, but this lays the groundwork really nicely for the rest of the series too.
