Babyon’s Ashes was epic! One of the best in the series!

I keep saying this comment “One of the best in the series!” with each review. Regarding the comment, it’s true in my opinion.

The quality that James S.A. Corey keeps putting out with each book is fantastic.
The writing, characters and plot are all top notch. The pacing works and the author(s) do not try to add extra or filler when there’s no need for it.

The plot is tense, action packed, and it gets right into the mess in regards to the Inner Planets and the Belters. Babylon’s Ashes starts right after Nemesis Games and its full throttle for the reader.

The inner planets and the Belters have been in conflict and at a stalemate for generations. The uprising will either be resolved, or the solar system will collapse from the infighting, death and blood between all of the fractions.

The protomolecule is still a plot piece in this series, but it’s a bit on the back burner in this book and the previous one, Nemesis Games.
As a reader, I love that the author(s) have given this series so much depth that they can follow many different paths for it. Bravo!

If you love sci-fi, read this series.
I put The Expanse off for years due to watching the streaming service and reading other books and series.
After reading the last six books, I don’t understand how I could have done that since it's AWESOME. Get to it!
