The h claims to be emotional and labels H as unemotional like GEM, an AI security system that H created. But GEM and H were considerably more interesting and emotionally mature than h who sulks, cries and whines in the name of emotional intelligence. All 3 stars to the author for the H and GEM considering she came up with the concept and the story in the 90s more than a decade ahead of Siri.
