4 ⭐️ / .5 🌶️
Just like the last book in this series, How To Fake Date A Vampire was SUCH a cute and COZZZYYY read. Very, very low stakes for anyone who is looking for an easy read without having heart palpitations. My favorite part of this series might honestly be the familiars. I’m also happy to have seen characters from the last book make brief appearances. This story came together for a very heart warming HEA ending which is exactly what my soul needed going into this.
Pros:
- Fake dating
- Found family
- Magic
- Quiet coastal English town
- Funny banter
Cons:
- Miscommunication 🥲
I think this book was just what I needed to get me geared up for fall around the corner.
EDIT 8/18 After sitting with this book for a little longer, another thing I would have loved reading is a tiny bit more descriptive with places and clothes to help me visualize better.
