This book reads like an acceptance speech at some major awards ceremony, giving thanks to all the people involved in making Dr Carson's life what it is today. No doubt he is a very impressive man with all he was able to accomplish at such a young age, but even more impressive is the credit he gives to others, never coming off as haughty despite all the success he has had.
