ok yeah, maybe this book is "overrated" or "overhated", but did i like it? yes. so does it matter? nahh

but disclaimer, ive seen and heard on why ppl didnt exactly enjoy this book.. and TRUST ME, i understand why, i respect ur opinions, and i could totally see myself not liking this book, but as it was her debut, and i just ate it up so quick.. i gotta love it lmao

first off, this my 2nd time reading it, i just never wrote a review. so now im gonna write a heartfelt review and express my feelings on just why this book is like, just special for me. LOL

𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐭:
i will say, this plot was interesting, i do like the whole spain set up, and some of the cute heartfelt scenes. but yes this book was long for a romance. i meann i know we were in like lina's mine HALF the time, but idk its weird, i didnt mind. (surprisingly) normally books like that make me in a slump, but not this. i wonder why... prolly cuz of aaron- so anyways!!

𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐨 𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥:
another reason why i found this book entertaining, was because of some of the scenes this author added. LIKE AHHADSCJV
1. the scene where she faints, but then he literally "saved" her, just ugh. UGHH.
2. when he got her the fifth taco, the EXTRA taco, that she didn't ask for. i mean cmon now
3. where SHE was HIS fake date, to the auction thingy, i thought it was entertaining
4. he learned spanish for her. bro
5. the soccer scene in spain AHHHH
6. when he revealed he liked disney movies. LAMAOOAOA
7. basically anything where blackford was there. ok anyways!!

𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬:
Catalina: shes very.. interesting. always speaks her mind yk! i did like her, dont hate her, shes a cool mc, shes very lucky actually.. but thats besides the point! tho, ppl could find her problamatic, i did like learning and getting to know her better. and i mean aaron made her a better person so its ok...

Aaron: do i really have to say anything? like its so obvious!! yes, some ppl thought he was lil cheesy or whatever, but honestly i dont care for those scenes.. i CARE FOR THE SCENES where she gets to know him, where hes sweet, caring, and u got to learn more about him. i feel like that was a balance for me in the book. like hes one of my top fav male characters, besides some others! but anyways. aaron blackford yall, try the coffee!

overall i didnt rlly hate any characters except for daniel and that guy at her work i forgot his name, but who cares!

overall, this book has my heart, aaron, lina, everyone. i literally miss them so much, like idk this book was just IT for me, like it delivered, and i couldn't be more happy. i need more with them!!
