Witches Get Stuff Done (Starfall Point, #1)

I was so intrigued by the overall concept of this book, but unfortunately, I don't think it was well executed. I assume it was going for an enemies-to-lovers storyline (because of the disastrous meet-cute at the beginning), but to be honest I was confused. There was no build up whatsoever to the romance--one moment it didn't exist and then all of a sudden the characters were in a relationship (and then just as quickly they had what felt like an extremely random and for no reason fight and broke up). I was also constantly left confused because of how much seemed to be taking place off-page which simultaneously left me annoyed because it didn't seem like much was happening on-page. I found myself bored and all the things I kept expecting to happen or be explored never were. All of a sudden months would pass but it didn't feel like we were any closer to knowing more about the characters or their histories or their burgeoning friendships/relationships or even about Shaddow House itself.
