Lady Olivia, the youngest of all her half-siblings, does not care for living in London after losing their father's country estate once he dies to an unknown heir. So, impetuously, she decides to return to it in a snowstorm on Christmas Eve. Following a carriage accident, she is rescued by the same 'socially awkward' duke who rescued her from a near drowning but does not recognize him. Somehow, he becomes infatuated by her despite her immaturity but disguises his true identity as the heir. The story is well-written, a bit short on plot, but replaced by steaminess for those who enjoy this Regency based genre.
