This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. There were so many things that I loved about this book that I am not even sure where to begin! This author does a wonderful job of bringing these characters together in a way that is both funny and touching. Charlotte is a real estate agent trying to sell the house that Harley is working on. When they first met, Harley asked Charlotte out but did not think that would be professional. Over time she changes her mind and is not sure how to let Harley know.
This book featured some funny and endearing moments. There was some definite steam - which I love!it is a quick, fantastic read that i would recommend to anyone looking for a great book to read!.
