really liked it
bookshelves: young-adult, vaginal-urban-fantasy

Forgot I didn't actually review this book! Please check my Vaginal Fantasy Hangout for a full review, but I definitely enjoyed this book. Lore building around Angels, cool chicks who live in Prague and have blue hair and mysterious pasts, yeah! It's very YA in tone, which isn't my fave, so it might be a while before a pick up the next one, but the originality and characters were compelling.

Asya I loved this book, too, but it's worth pointing out that it's published by a YA publisher into that market (though obviously there's crossover), so the YA tone is intentional. The second book is darker but also more adult in its treatment of hard subjects, like grief and the wages of war. I can't wait for the third one!

Elizabeth (Miss Eliza) The second book was AMAZING. Far darker.

joanna The second one is better!
