I was excited to get to know Cooper (Killian) more after his appearances in Mine to Shelter! I knew his story would be good also break your heart and I will say I really loved getting to know him more and Millie.

I loved Millie! We meet Millie as an introverted college kid who is a bit quirky and dedicated to school. We see Millie grow and become more confident, I loved how dedicated she was to her work and wanting to help these women get out of cult. What Millie doesn't expect is to run into the man she fell in love with who disappeared without a word.

Killian is just the sweetest MMC. We see Killian fall for Millie in college and how protective he is of her. When he disappears his love for her never stopped and he never stopped protecting her. My heart broke for Killian and his background. I really loved how he opened up to Millie about his past and slowly let her in. The undercover assignment also caused his past trauma to reappear and you could feel how much Millie wanted to take that all from him.

I am really excited to get Hunters story next!
