I'm really in a big, big reading slump. No book I start can hold my interest. Including this one. I just found the first half of "Court of Tricksters" to be absolutely dull and boring. The mate stuff made their relationship feel too instant-everything and sadly it didn't help that we never experience their first interactions and meetings. It's just mentioned but I missed the scenes that made me feel them falling in love or getting to know each other. It might get better latter on but for know I just struggle to finish this story and sadly have to give up.

"I'm debating if I should DNF yet another book. The story has its moments, but I'm not really feeling their connection. We never saw their first meetings and the mate stuff makes it feel insta-whatever they have. There is no build-up or tension :/"
