first off, thankyou to the nerd fam for providing me with an arc of this book!

this book is amazing! honestly i have been so pleasantly surprised, i cannot wait to read more from this author! if you’re looking for crescent city meets vampires, read this book!!

the plot is thrilling, having a murder mystery amongst vampires, ballet etc! this book never fell flat, i was hooked the whole time & i lovedddd our main character!

emrys was also a fantastic love interest…;)

SPOILER:
this would’ve been a 4.5 if i hadn’t called it being jevon who was the one to betray them, given the focus on him being so ‘hidden’ it really made it obvious to me. apart from that the twists and turns really got me hooked. and that ending ! i cannot wait for the next book next year 🤩
