The Rogue of Islay Isle (Highland Isles, #2)

Cull becomes Laird when his grandfather appoints him over his 2 Uncles. Thereafter his life becomes a travesty of his uncles lecturing him over his every action and all the unmarried lassies trying to ensnare him hoping to become the laird’s wife.
During a storm Cull sees a ship being tossed in the waves & finds a beautiful woman washed up on the shore. Unable to speak due to an injury & having no recollection of who she is; Rose, as Cull names her is obviously well bred and a lady.
Unlike the previous book which was filled with heart and the warmth of relationships & which I really enjoyed, this story wasn’t much more than lust and attraction between Rose and Cull. There wasn’t much depth to their relationship. It goes very rapidly from attraction to sex & I was indifferent to both the characters.
