From being released from prison to Stalking his therapist Maxim fell fast for Sarah. In the beginning you question if Maxim really did off his adoptive parents and brother. It was sad when he revealed to Sarah why he did it. Especially the way his adoptive parents treated them. Sarah had the conflict of not wanting Maxim as a patient but if she refused he would end up back in jail. She should have listened to her gut when she thought she was being followed. Her night run, the bedroom scene, and the cantaloupe. First it was the pineapple in Sinners Retreat and now the cantaloupe. Maxim was cruel watching Sarah battling her inner turmoil about he night visitor. I kept waiting for Maxim to reveal who the masked man was but he didn't get a chance since Sarah found his hidden secret. This was a good quick read.
