it was amazing

Another fantastic book in this series and so jam packed full of adventure and mystery just as you’d want and expect from it.

This to me had a slow start, and I kept hoping it would pick up an and surely enough it did, as the children started the scavenger hunt to find Mr. Benedict and Number Two the full on thrilling adventure began, it was so incredible and thrilling to read all that they went through. A lot of the adventure was really not something I expected to have happen at all and wow it was intense and insane.

There was so much more danger involved in this book than the first one and it also felt a bit darker in story In places than the first one did, the Ten Men were literally terrifying and so evil, but they were integral to the whole story. There were times you didn’t know who you could and couldn’t trust it was so exciting.

The character development was amazing, the children had grown so much since the first adventure and you could spot differences in each one. I still loved that deep connection they all share between them and how much they are willing to risk to protect each other.

It was such a great read and I am seriously loving this series. If you haven’t read them yet I highly recommend you do as they are so much fun, so much mystery and so much to solve and unfold as it goes along and nothing is fully over which makes you so exited for the next book in the series.
