Cole has got a lot of stress in his life, with a malpractice lawsuit and possible health condition. This causes him to shut her out. What he does not know is Rose is carrying twins and she has tried to tell him on so many occasions. Will she keep trying or is time to cut bait.

This is an emotional story, with a lot of drama, mostly on Cole's part.
