This book got me from the opening line … it is addictive, highly entertaining and swoon worthy all at the same time. We all have that friend back in the day that the friendship was always on the border of being more than friends or just friends and I think this is where Rock touches her readers the most. The friendship between the two is such a foundation for such a great storyline and the characters are both so likeable it is hard not to root for them. Rock does a wonderful job in creating a story that will leave you wanting more and turning the pages at all hours of the night to find out what is going to happen next.

I loved the fact that Kayleigh Renshaw didn’t let her cheating ex-boyfriend hold her back … after all he did tell her she would be back. I loved how she stood up to him and stood her grounds. Her fiery personality didn’t let him keep a grasp on her and allowed her to do what she felt was right. I love strong female characters who don’t put up with the BS that some characters in other books do and leave me screaming at the them … Kayleigh was the opposite!

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants a good read and a heartwarming tale that will leave you yearning for the friendship that could of, would of, might of been ….
