This book may be short, but it is packed full of steamy love scenes. It picks up right after wedding ending of book one and is the one year anniversary of Avery and Sonny. I really enjoyed this story from their point of view, they are so much in love and still exploring each others bodies as if they are still brand new to each other. It also has a very sad element to it that made me cry. After just one year of marriage they go through something very heartbreaking and Avery has a hard time getting over it, which is natural. Sonny handled the situation very well and together they recovered.

Very sweet love story, I actually wish it was a little longer. We got to see them fall in love in book one, and seeing this tad bit of their live after marriage was very nice. I have enjoyed this series thus far. It is a very sweet romance series that anyone could read.
