An Invitation to Seduction (Daughters of Fortune, #4)

** spoiler alert **
Lorraine Heath can create memorable characters and scenes. No doubt she is a gifted writer. The H/h's first sighting of each other at the seashore is pretty haunting, as are a couple of scenes in a hot tub.
However, this book frustrated me as much as it pleased me. The "big reveal" was so very obvious that the wait for it seemed overly long. The trial scene was completely ridiculous. And even the heroine's American origins, the common thread running through the series, seemed lost and unused in the plot.
