I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Even at thirty seven with a challenging but rewarding career as a paramedic, Bella Gomez is treated as the baby of the family. It's made her allergic to anyone meddling, so she chooses to keep mostly to herself. unfortunately that doesn't stop her family from inserting themselves in her life. Nor does it deter the one man she knows she shouldn't get close to from showing up on her doorstep. Jasper Greene, an FBI agent with the La Plata County field office, doesn't even know the meaning of family. His teas is his family, which is why when his boss asks him to keep and eye on his baby sister, Jasper readily complies. Even when the sister in question is a spectacularly developed princess with plenty of attitude. With a shooter on the lose and corruption running rampant, Bella is a magnet for trouble, and Jasper finds himself with his hands full in more ways than one.

Cabin 12 is the second book in the Rock Point Series from Freya Barker. The first book is Keeping six and the main character in this book were introduced in the first book which is equally as good. I do however feel like you could read this one without having to read the first. But keep in mind your missing a great book. This could be a best friends sister kind of read and those are some of my favorites. This is the story of Jasper who has agreed to keep an eye on his best friends sister Bella. He assumes she is a spoiled pampered princess and she sees him as a player. However it does not take long for them to figure out they have been wrong about each other. Don't forget too that this book is a romantic suspense book and that is what kept me on my toes trying to figure out what exactly was going on and on the edge of my seat. Top it off with Bella's off the charts family and you have a book that you will not be able to put down.
