Anne Bogel is one of the only bloggers I follow religiously. First, I fell in love with her podcast, then I fell in love with her blog.

I am interested in the personality assessments available in the world today to better myself personally. However, sometimes I find that it's too much and too overwhelming to try to remember what "type" you are on the multitude of parameters that exist today. Anne has such a wonderful voice that I knew I had to read this one via audio. I appreciated her generalizations on the major personality assessments out there today. She summarizes the Myers-Briggs, Ennegram, Strengthsfinder and more. She did add in literary references and characters to help frame some of the typing.

Essentially, I found this interesting but not all too helpful. This book is enough of a primer to get you started down the rabbit hole of personality, but doesn't go deep enough to resonate any true retainable value.
