it was amazing

Let the good times roll - bring out the monsters!

A good read. Okay the real mystery didn't take place until nearly the end of the book and I have read several other books on a similar theme. However the characters are brilliant - individual, zany, sometimes funny but all come across as real and vibrant. The imagery cast actually let's you see all the action in your minds eye in full colour whilst the dialogue is witty, funny and full of emotion.
She was pulled off the streets and has been a member of the troupe for years (along with her BFF, a wolf shifter) but now she feels threatened. Her boss has brought in a new head of security, a human. Worse he doesn't know that the gang are all different supernaturals and they are monster hunters. Monsters that might be supernatural or human. Watch as they try to hide the truth whilst see tries to hide her growing attraction to the human. However it all comes to a big showdown when they are attacked again. The difference this time is that the monster could be hiding in plain sight! The monster could be one of them!
