I loved Maggie and Porter. We've seen a lot of them over the previous Misfit Inn books and known there was a story brewing but it surpassed what I had hoped. They went through a lot early in life and it drove them apart but tied them together - sometimes life takes a turn and plops you where you started. It takes a reset for Maggie to see that maybe Porter has been right in front of her all along (and she is the last to catch on). They have a lot of hurdles to clear before they find a happy ending, but their story is an enjoyable ride.
