** spoiler alert ** I didn't care for this book as much as #1 in the series. Mainly because Dallas was really selfish. Especially when it came to her son. That poor kid being raised in Hollywood, the public eye and with a jerk for a dad and all she can think of is her career. She also really broke Grants heart, expecting him to be thrilled for her that she was leaving him for good to become famous. You'd think she'd be more understanding of other people's heartache after her own as a child. She just came across as "poor me me me". As a parent I couldn't relate to her at all. .
