I like this - BUT! The story got really, dare I say, sappy/corny/overly melodramatic towards the end. I was interested in the information about the Muslims sheltering their Jewish neighbors during the Nazi reign of terror. I had heard some of that but it is good to know and too easily forgotten. We are after all children of one God and it's only been in recent years that divisions have been so amplified. Overall the author had a good story that could have benefitted from some careful editing.
