Not a lot of relationship building here. Heavy on the sex and military plot, which is evidently a generational war against the tritely named “hive.” Had to laugh when characters admitted they didn’t know each other because had been busy with all the sex. At least the author was honest. No idea why felt necessary to make this a BDSM book, too. Guess the ménage, alien, mail order bride, her rank is higher than theirs wasn’t enough?
Readers were each good. Male’s voice really deep!
